Ellie - hope things work themselves out soon.savesummore wrote: »Zippy- I like high firm bottoms (in a none pervy way :rotfl:) Also i think ill give those protein bars a try- are they just called protein bars? Where are they loacted in the supermarket- choc isle? Breakfast isle?
They're in the health supplements aisle at my supermarket, next to the huge white tubs of muscly men covered protein powder.
I went to Holland and B's today to see if they have any cheaper protein bars there. They were a little cheaper in there, but I decided to buy the powder and some soy flour to make my own. It's expensive, but it'll last me a couple of months I think...
I forgot to weigh myself before eating breakfast, so I'll need to weigh in tomorrow now...0 -
Well done on the milestones!
I certainly don't want my bottom any bigger. I'm convinced Kim Kardashian wouldn't either if she had to buy her clothes in a regular shop, she's such a peculiar shape she'd never get anything to fit her.0 -

Thank you!
I've just got back from a pub lunch.....feels like I've eaten enough for 2 days but it was lovely!
3 sausages, homemade mash potato, carrots, peas and proper gravy all served on a giant homemade yorkshire pudding which filled the entire plate....in my defense I left half the yorkshire, ate the carrots which I normally leave and resisted the urge for pudding!0 -

Ha ha I dont think I'll be having tea tonight I still feel stuffed 4 hours later :rotfl:
I didnt expect the meal to be so big, normally when a pub says yorkshire its as flat as a pancake and if you're lucky it would fit in the palm of your hand....as for sausages these were monsters, not your normal thin cheap scrawny things....no wonder the place was busy!0 -

Thank you for the derriere opinions
that's a true point about Kim Kardashian she doesn't have to buy her clothes in the supermarkets or high street.
Well done on the milestones knitwitch and pm, your meal sounds yummy, it's just nice to remember what feeling really full feels like sometimes
Well done on the losses Cathy and savesumore :j
In my tesco the bars are by the vitamins and in the sports section, they only do a few different ones though there's a much bigger selection in health shops.
My gain from last weekend has finally shifted so glad that's gone.
Today 1600 calories
B- 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of wholemeal, butter, sauce, 2 teas
S- protein bar
L- Apple, peach, small slice of my rasp cake, tea
D- leftover aubergine curry and whole grain rice, another slice of cake, tea
E- only just finished work so none, but if I can motivate myself I'll jog in front of the tv later.
Hope everyone has a nice evening, what's left if it. I'm home alone, which is very rare so going to make the most of being in charge of the tv remote for a change0
