I'm not sure it counts for this challenge, but I've lost 4lb this week. I've been VERY good, so am pleased the hard work paid off.0

Monday is my official weigh in day, but I started last Monday.
Smoked mackerel salad for lunch, don't know what for tea which is fatal I know, but am working, have 2 children off sick and a vet appointment tonight and it's all a bit chaotic.0 -

sparrer, I hope you get your DM settled in somewhere soon, must be a very stressful time. Could you not stay in her house occasionally to save driving so much, or do pets put the kibosh on that idea?
The stress is getting to me today, I've just eaten a chocolate biscuit without even tasting it...I don't even eat biscuits!
Every time the phone rings it's somebody wanting something done, there won't be any hours in the day left for me soon!
I like my stresses nicely spread out, not all piling on at once :rotfl:
Was in a bigger town today, and found protein bars in a chemist, so bought 2...wow, are they expensive! Am waiting for the correct moment to try one though, in the hopes it will make me feel full for ages!
savesummore...you do know drinking diet coke negates all the extra calories you might eat on a night out? :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0
