I weighed in and hadn't lost any more, so declaring 3/4 for my final week
Thanks for all of your hard work KW, can I please aim for another 4lbs this time.
I may not be losing much weight, but people are starting to notice my gym going and healthy eating as I have had 4 compliments this week!
good luck everyone!0 -

Morning everyone
-1lb for me please that takes me to a total of -5lb for this challenge which is ok (it was 8 1/2 but my holiday set me back!)
Ellie- hope things work themselves out
Zippy- I like high firm bottoms (in a none pervy way :rotfl:) Also i think ill give those protein bars a try- are they just called protein bars? Where are they loacted in the supermarket- choc isle? Breakfast isle?
Work got back to me yesterday I asked to reduce my full time hours by 6 hrs per week and they have let me reduce my hours by 3 hours per week! i dont wish to sound ungrateful but that doesnt really help at all! Oh well better than nothing!
I have weighed in at SW this morning but since ive been going for approx 8 weeks now and think ive got my head around the plan I think im going to go it alone and save myself a fiver a week!
Thanks to Knitwitch for running the challenges :TO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

Morning
1lb loss for me this week again...didn't reach challenge target but least I'm 13lb lighter than I was!
and I hit a major milestone (well for me anyway) I hit the 200lb mark :j
As for the subject of bums, I dont worry about it, I think your bum and thighs are one of the easiest bits of your body to tone if you walk as much as possible. Stomach and torso lumps and bumps on the other hand require alot of effort to shift :rotfl:
Oh that's a fantastic weight-loss and to reach your milestone as well. Well done2016 Grocery Challenge January: £296.20/£300 February: £262.05/£3000 -

I didn't know the challenge started today so I'm excited nowI have weighed myself this morning so do I weigh in again next Friday to record weight loss? Sorry that might be a stupid question and I think that's how it works but just wanted to make sure

Not a stupid question at all! People generally weigh in any time over the weekend (hence the slight cross over between challenges) although some weigh in mid week (say if they get to a Boots or something on that day and use their weighing machine), provided you let me know it is the official weigh in (putting the loss in colour or large/bold etc helps) then I don't have a problem (the only problem I have is my own blubber :rotfl:)
Must use my stash up!0
