Mini Cooper, glad you liked the protein barsI read with trepidation that you were going to say whats that woman on about recommending such disgusting things
Just out of interest......what's people's thoughts on bottoms, bear with me
my DD is constantly on I need to do squats as my bottom is too flat, I've told her there is no way I'm doing anything that would make my bottom bigger, where as she is constantly trying to get a bubble bum. I'm guessing it's a Kim Kardashian thing that youngsters think ample backsides are attractive? I don't get it, but I have a generous rear so think I need to try embrace this new fashion
Made cakes today as our raspberry bushes are groaning with fruit so had to try one, think I eat more cake dieting than I did before.
B- cereal, milk, extra raisins, wm hot cross bun, scrape of butter, tea
S- protein bar
L- banana, apple and grapes snack pack, wm sandwhich thin, tomato, laughing cow light, sunbites
S- booja truffle, 1 square chocolate
D- lentil and aubergine curry, Brown rice, small bit of rasp and Apple cake
E- walked 75 mins, got back to watch Andy's match and it was all over.0 -

I never give mine a thought zippy...it's behind me and I don't look at it...I wouldn't try to make it bigger though
One thing I have noticed as I've lost weight is that it's not so comfortable to sit down, less padding I suppose
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
B - banana
L - two biscuits
D - cucumber sandwich. Driving from early til late and far too tired to eat anything.
S - some Mint Imperials in the car
E - none, too tired
Sweet dreams0 -
Less than 5 hours sleep last night , I need matchsticks for my eyes today!
Had a family meeting last night (not my choice of time, I wanted an early night) and the problem I've been worrying about since easter has come to a head. Not actually my problem (hence me being vague), but it will affect me financially and emotionally ...foresee a worrying few months ahead.
My instant reaction is still to blunt the feeling of being out of control of things with chocolate
I'll try not to let it affect my dieting, keep telling myself food is not the answer!
Mega busy day today, and my back is aching

good morning...starving this morning which is never a great start to the day...iv never really thought about the shape of my backside...i suppose if you go to the gym they can offer advice on toning and what have you...on her blog frugal queen mentioned trying to tone up hers but unsure how she was going about it....so thats not a very helpful reply but i too wouldnt want it bigger:eek:

My friend said to me recently that I have lost my bumbut it was said as though that was a bad thing  I've found with the less padding that it's not as comfortable sat on the wooden dining chairs :rotfl:

Morning
1lb loss for me this week again...didn't reach challenge target but least I'm 13lb lighter than I was!
and I hit a major milestone (well for me anyway) I hit the 200lb mark :j
As for the subject of bums, I dont worry about it, I think your bum and thighs are one of the easiest bits of your body to tone if you walk as much as possible. Stomach and torso lumps and bumps on the other hand require alot of effort to shift :rotfl:0 -
It's not about 'big' it's about firm - so of you pinch it, does it squish or does it resist. If people wanted 'big' they'd eat more chocolate :rotfl:
Mines is firm because it gets a lot of use :rotfl: I had a job that needed me to walk for 6 hours a day once, and by the end of the 4 month placement, my bum had lost all tone. It was flat as a pancake! I was a little gutted to be fair... So walking isnjot my first thought if you want a tone bum!0 -
