Big claps to Knit Witch and pm2325 for reaching their milestones :T :T :T
It's not about 'big' it's about firm - so if you pinch it, does it squish or does it resist. !

Well...you learn something new every day :rotfl:...(resisting the urge to stand up and pinch to see if I squish or resist...I suspect it will be squish :rotfl:)

I think I'm lucky, as when I was young nobody seemed to mind, I certainly never had any complaints about being too squishy :rotfl:

There's so much more pressure on young women now to conform to the latest dictates, it must be hard to keep up with it all.

I'm at 1530 cals, and done for the day, that's a bit higher than normal, but I've been on the go all day so hopefully have worked a few cals off.
Definitely an early night tonight...and I've got the house to myself, so no-one to wake me up, bliss :)

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

    Today I have planned:

L: bread roll with sliced gammon and salad.
T: chicken breast, jacket potato and mixed vegetables followed by yoghurt and dried fruit.

I will snack on fruit if I feel peckish and try not to touch any of the cake and custard my lot will be having after their main meal tonight :D

So pleased for you KW :T:T
Congrats losers, sts's and tryers :)
An sts this week, been eating junk on my daily trips up and down the mways so I'm surprised it's not a gain. I feel uncomfortable and bloated though so need get back to proper meals when I eventually have the time/energy.

    Yesterday
B - slice hm wm toast with marmalade
D - steak, wedges, mushrooms, onion, egg
    T - two thins 1xcheese cucumber, 1xmarmalade
S - pack mini Cheddars, grapes

    Today
B - slice hm wm toast with marmalade
    other meals tba
E has come to a grinding halt. Far too tired after a daily 180 mile round trip. DM still in hospital, hopefully the powers that be will help us get a place for her in the residential home she, and we, would like her to go to. Sadly there's no chance of her returning home now, painful for DB and myself but it's not about us, it's about getting the best for DM.

Have a sunny day whatever the weather :)

Sparrer I hope your mum gets sorted with somewhere soon. It must be tough for all of you.

I remembered to weigh myself today - a 1lb loss to finish the challenge off (probably just under 1lb, but dial scales are awful to read!)

    Plan for today:

    B: Slept too late
L: fried mushrooms with 1tsp of coconut oil, 1 small garlic clove, a handful of basil leaves, juice of 1/2 a lemon, and then added some feta cheese that needs used up and stuffed it all in a pita bread.
D: orange, cinammon and sumac roasted chicken thigh/leg portions with roasted veggies (kohl rabi, carrots, peppers, a new potato)
S: Thai chilli crackers, protein bar

Also experimented with making my own protein bars today using fruit and nut mix, soy flour, soy protein and apple juice. Forgot to add oats to it though...
