Well the last 2 nights I've woken with an empty belly feeling, which I think is thirst instead of hunger. Exhausted, and had to squeeze in 12 hours of travel in the last 30 hours. Today I ate:

B: croissant (my mum bought these in for me)
L: curry with mum; veg pakora followed by a rather horrible chicken chasni (either the spices were weird or it was actually turkey...)
D: chicken and bacon sarnie on train (I did just grab cheese and ham, bit then noticed this was lower cal, fat and salt content)
S: half a protein bar, small punnett of raspberries, around a tbsp of dried fruits, half a bar of fudge

I need to identify some good dry curries I think, my favourites all use cream...

oh dear, not doing well today. Went to the local shop to buy sandpaper, and they are selling large bars of chocolate reduced from £2.49 to 49p...well I do like a bargain...I know, I know, it's only a bargain if I was going to buy it anyway (which I wasn't)...so I bought 2 bars :o

And now we have a power cut, so guess what I'm eating?

And I was doing so well this week.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

    Today:

B: Porridge made with apple juice
L: feta and cheddar cheese pitta bread
D: Aubergine and chickpea (I want to say curry?) dish made with aubergine, chickpeas, cumin, smoked garlic, lemon juice and tomatoes, served with a toasted tortilla

S: some seeds and nuts, a small HM protein bite, half a fudge bar (tie over from Easter), ice lolly, bag of crisps, 5 crackers

Wow, a lot of snacks in there. I didn't realise how much I'd had at the time. Ate the fudge bar to 'get rid of it', the crisps were because I was getting irritable at work (tiredness).

When I weighed myself on Tuesday, I'd lost a lb, but it's come back today. Think this is explainable - I'm shattered, my stomach has been a bit strange for 3 days, and I had a fair calorie intake on Wednesday with eating quick and convenient things.

So this week is a STS please KW!

I woke to go to the gym this AM, but I was too tired and decided to sleep for the extra hour and go swimming tonight instead.

I don't know what's up with my tummy. It feels really thirsty, and that thirsty verging on hungry feeling keeps waking me up around 4am. I've been drinking around 2-2.5l a day, but it doesn't seem to shake the thirsty feeling.
