    Morning all :)

    I haven't been on in a while but I had a 1lb loss last week. I will try and catch up with news but hope everyone is ok and you have all had lovely losses :)

    minicooper I hope you're feeling better this morning, your dinner certainly sounds as if you are ;)

    Feeling a little better myself this morning, I've mowed the lawn - all 14 x 16 feet of it - before the rain arrives so a good sign

    B - cup of tea
    L - will be tomato soup, smoothie
    D - will be the rest of the tomato soup and another smoothie
    S - bowl of ice cream, cups of tea, juice and gallons of water
    Exciting stuff, huh?!

    Woke at 3am with some tummy cramps,

    I read this as- work this morning at 3am with some crummy tramps!

    Think i need some new eyes!

    Im sliiping off the diet wagon- not greatly but i really need to get an eye on this!

    Today:
    B: branflakes, ff yog, berries & a banana
    S: grapes, 1 wholemeal toast with butter (shouldnt really be having this)
    L: Ham and boiled egg salad
    S: Apple
    T: burger (no bun) HM wedges & beans
    S: Small choc
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    I'm back from my Deep South US road trip. I bought back a lot of extra pounds :o

    Where are we on the next challenge, has it just started?

    Plan on doing a weigh in tomorrow morning
    Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

    Hello everyone.

    I'm back from my Deep South US road trip. I bought back a lot of extra pounds :o

    Where are we on the next challenge, has it just started?

    Plan on doing a weigh in tomorrow morning

    We are in the 2nd of 13 weeks northwest - so if you want to rid yourself of the Deep South deep fried goodness you can join up!

    breakfast - sausage and tomato sandwich


    lunch - roll with chicken, lettuce and pepper. I'm fed up of this heat, so headachey I only ate half of it!


    tea - gammon, roast pots (first ones off allotment), carrots, broccoli, stuffing and gravy.


    Plus water, juice and at least 10 cups of tea.

    Breakfast: 2 weetabix, banana, juice
    Lunch: ham salad sandwich, apple, pepsi max
    Tea: chilli corn carne, cherries, juice
    Supper: will have an orange, a daim bar and some juice
