Back off holiday but not had chance to catch up on the thread yet so hope everyone is ok!
Had a fab hols but weighed in this morning and have a GAIN OF 4.5LBS!!!!!!! :eek::eek:
Erm could of been worse to bo honest with everything I ate and drank!!

That's the weight I want to be! Will wi tomorrow as I'm going to see UB40 at Hatfield House this evening and hope to reggae a lb or two away

I'm very disheartened this weekend, I don't think I'm even going to post a weight (unless it miraculously improves by tomorrow)
I was really good all week, and the only non-diet day I had was Thursday night when I was out...and I didn't go totally overboard, no alcohol, just 2 bottles of fruit juice. I had a broccoli quiche (much smaller portion than I'd have had at home!) with some chips, veg and salad...and the naughty dessert of choc gateau. Okay, not good, but over a week is that enough to add an instant 3lbs?! It was one meal, not a whole weeks holiday!!! (it's allowed on holiday savesummore)
Feeling really grumpy about it, for lunch today I had melted cheese on my toast in protest...because of course eating more calories than usual is a foolproof way of losing the extra weight that's making me grumpy
On the bright side I got finished work early, don't usually finish in time to have lunch at all. Not sure what to do with myself this afternoon, want to go into town to buy paint etc, but it's their local carnival day, and a place best avoided today.

Wow - it's time for the new challenge already :eek::eek: Well, at least I've not gained anything...
I'm toying with the idea of going to see a nutritionist. They have one at my gym, first session is £65 for a 70 min consultation, which includes dietary analysis, or ii can just ask to see them for a £35 meal plan... It's a similar cost elsewhere.0 -
