Hi all, thank you so much for your kind comments, they are very much appreciated. I've been to see my dad in the chapel of rest twice, he looks very peaceful.

My DS came over today to help me sort the service with the minister, then we went to dad's flat to pick up some things I wanted to put in with him. DS hadn't shown too much emotion (I think he was trying to be strong for my sake, bless him), however while we were in the flat he suddenly broke down and sobbed his heart out, as it finally hit him that his beloved grandad was really gone. We held each other and cried together, and afterwards he told me that it was seeing his chair missing that set him off. We got rid of the chair because it was tatty anyway, plus he'd had some 'accidents' in it recently so it was very smelly, but most of all I couldn't cope with seeing the chair he died in, I had no idea it would affect my DS like that.

I think i'm probably going to reach the end of this challenge with an STS... I'm an STS again this week, although I have lost around an inch from my midsection and 1/2 an inch from my hips. I have been doing a lot of toning/strengthening exercises at the gym, so hope this means I've lost fat and gained muscle.
