Do you give a goal weight for the end of 13 weeks, KW or do you give a weekly weight loss goal, please?2016 Grocery Challenge January: £296.20/£300 February: £262.05/£3000 -
Do you give a goal weight for the end of 13 weeks, KW or do you give a weekly weight loss goal, please?
You set a goal for the 13 weeks (so I want to lose 9lbs in the next 13 weeks), then each week (Fri-Sat are when most weigh in) you say how much you've lost, or if you've STS (stayed the same) or (sometimes) gained.0 -

That's the one! (thank you minicooper, oh and IS that your target for the next challenge?)
Just to add to the above, I know some people prefer to weigh in kg, I will do the translation to pounds on the spreadsheet - so no problems!Must use my stash up!0 -

I suppose it will be - just going to carry over from this challenge!0 -
minicooper, I thought you were MEANT to get sweaty at the gym, isn't that the whole point? Well done for all the effort you're putting in ,and ignore everyone else (I'm sure you're imagining it anyway :rotfl:)
Well, you'll never guess what I did today...
nope, didn't think you would...
I......wore a bikini top outside :rotfl:
well the back garden, because no-one else was at home, and the neighbours are away! so with the idea that fat looks better brown than white, I thought I'd see if my tummy would tan :rotfl:
so out came the top, bought in an optimistic moment a couple of years ago, I've decided I don't want a farmers tan this year!
I was doing a bit of gardening, which included leaning right into a huge shrub to reach the fence that I was tying string to...so now I have lots of little scratches over my arms and tummy,,,not quite the look I was going for :rotfl:
According to mfp, I've had 1201 cals today, so a good day. I even made a proper meal for myself tonight...usually Sunday is lazy if I'm on my own, but I had hm potato wedges, chicken and veg. Also had one glass of wine...it needed using up lol.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
That's very precise sparrer, how did you decide on the 13.28 lbs? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Well, not exactly, ellie, but 8st 13 so I can say I'm under 9st for the first time in years
KW please put me down for an sts this week, so much for reggae'ing the night away to UB40 last night, the huge picnic went and spoiled it all! Yes I know, I didn't have to eat everything in sight but as the four of us contributed it would have been rude not to have a taste of everything!
B - banana
D - cold chicken, cheese and bacon pasta, 1/4 little gem, sugar snap peas and baby corn with rf mayo and greek yogurt dressing. About a dozen cherries for pud
T - hm wm toast 1/2 with peanut butter 1/2 with marmalade
S - some Pringles, grapes, apple
E - gardening, 5x5 mins on tm
Just seen the photographs taken at the gig, I look like Michelin woman. Gross. Lung capacity has really improved since I got the tm, now I have to get rid of the spare tyres. Please put me down for 7lb for the new challenge KW
Sweet dreams all0 -
