Am back on the diet wagon today and am hoping to lose as much of the 4.5lbs this week as possible! (also back at work after my hols- i wonder if pure misery burns many cals?)
Today
B: 35g branflakes, ff greek yog, strawberries, bluberries
S: Banana, chicken drummer-skin removed
L: Salad, cucumber, tomatos, lf feta, ham
S: apple, cherries, couple of boiled sweets- need to nip that in the bud!
T: HM spag bol with pasta
Off to the gym tonight- think im just going to go swimmingO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
May I join please? Today is the first day of my much-needed health and weight loss kick. Am I right in thinking I set a target for 13 weeks? In which case my target is 26 lbs please, a steady 2lb a week. I have a looooot more than that to lose.0

I've got around 21lbs still to lose, to reach a total weight loss of 64lbs. This last lot is being stubborn and doesn't want to leave but I'm so close to my target weight now, I just wish it would budge

Would you put me down for an average of 1lb per week please KW but a target of 14lbs for the 13 weeks, please. I can focus on the last half a stone on the next challenge, thenThank you x x
