That's excellent news re part time hours savesummore, sounds like it's going to be quite easy to arrange. I'm now working part time for a firm I used to work full time for, it's so much more relaxing :)

zippy, I notice you sometimes have a protein bar...tell me about them, I've never had one. My son was telling me about protein powders that make up into a shake, although I'm not sure they're the thing for me...I'm assuming I'd have to do some muscle building exercise to get any benefit from a shake? (you can tell I have no idea what I'm talking about, can't you :o)
Does the protein bar give you more energy?

I've put Saturday's disaster firmly behind me, and have been very good since. Have walked to the shops this morning, ironed and changed curtains, and am walking again with a friend this evening.
Would love to lose again on this last week, but am not hopeful, the weight loss seems to have ground to a halt.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Thanks everyone for your kind comments re work- ive put in my offical request today to fingers, legs and arms crossed :rotfl:I could even use some of my 'free' time to do more exercise :rotfl:

Its really 'close' in our office today like a suffocating heat rather than a nice (Zante) heat *sob*

    Today:
B: 1 slice toast no butter, 1/2 tin beans, 2 boiled eggs
S: 1/2 banana*, strawberries, ff greek yogurt
L: HM left over spag bol with small handful of pasta
    S: 2 tiny plums, cherries
T: (on way to college) ham salad sandwich made with nimble bread (oh the joy! Not) 1 chicken drummer skin removed, apple

    * for those wondering where the other 1/2 of the banana went- my dog hit the jackpot this morning and he got it :rotfl:
