Another day where I behaved! Apart from the coke. I will taper that out but it's sort of a treat in this hot weather.
Breakfast
Generic - Small Nectarine(5), 2 tiny
Pg Tips - Tea (Made With 30ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk), 340 ml
Lunch
Tesco - White Pitta Breads, 2 Pitta
Aldi Appleby's - Roasted Ham Joint, 40 g
Salad - Cherry Tomatoes, 5 tomatoes
Lettuce - Cos or romaine, raw, 1 cup shredded
Diet Coke - 12oz Can, 12 oz can
Dinner
Tesco - Chicken Stock Cube, 0.25 cube
Tilda Basmati Rice - Uk - Basmati - Boiled - Uk, 270 g
Meat - Chicken Breast (Skinless), 150 g
Snacks
Fruit - Plum, 1 fruit0 -
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: Pasta bolognaise, apple, Pepsi Max
Tea: Chicken salad sandwich, cherries, juice
Supper: Orange, Chomp bar, Pepsi Max0 -

I've stuck to my calories and not felt hungry so happy days
B- muesli, skimmed milk, flaxseed, small slice hm wholemeal, butter
S- protein bar
L- 2 brown sandwich thins with salad and a light laughing cow triangle
S- big bowl of fresh raspberries and total 0% Greek yoghurt
D- last of left over soup and a sandwich thin
S- cookie, 2 dried dates, 5 teas
= 12500 -

Haven't visited for a few days. Had a wedding at the weekend, and don't seemed to of stopped. Did weigh myself Friday but didn't get on here but it was STS week so no worries.
Am off to the isle of wight Friday for the weekend, will try my best to be good but won't promise.

That's excellent news re part time hours savesummore, sounds like it's going to be quite easy to arrange. I'm now working part time for a firm I used to work full time for, it's so much more relaxing
zippy, I notice you sometimes have a protein bar...tell me about them, I've never had one. My son was telling me about protein powders that make up into a shake, although I'm not sure they're the thing for me...I'm assuming I'd have to do some muscle building exercise to get any benefit from a shake? (you can tell I have no idea what I'm talking about, can't you)
Does the protein bar give you more energy?
I've put Saturday's disaster firmly behind me, and have been very good since. Have walked to the shops this morning, ironed and changed curtains, and am walking again with a friend this evening.
Would love to lose again on this last week, but am not hopeful, the weight loss seems to have ground to a halt.

Its really 'close' in our office today like a suffocating heat rather than a nice (Zante) heat *sob*
Today:
B: 1 slice toast no butter, 1/2 tin beans, 2 boiled eggs
S: 1/2 banana*, strawberries, ff greek yogurt
L: HM left over spag bol with small handful of pasta
S: 2 tiny plums, cherries
T: (on way to college) ham salad sandwich made with nimble bread (oh the joy! Not) 1 chicken drummer skin removed, apple

hi had a huge salad for lunch and planning a healthyish non fry up fry up for tea with use of a non stick pan and fry light in another...have just eaten a choc ice which was lovely
planning a chicken casserole type tea tmorrow so that should be quite healthy....hope everyone is feeling up beat
