Welcome Siberianski
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: Sunday roast, strawberries and carnation, Pepsi Max
Tea: 2 Weetabix, apple, juice
Supper: orange, chomp bar, Pepsi Max0 -
The challenge is as follows, I set a length of time that the challenge will run for (generally 12 or 13 weeks) and you decide how much weight you hope to lose in that time. Each week you weigh in and post your loss *cough* or gain *cough* and then over the weekend I post up the list showing how we are all doing!
There are two more weeks left for this challenge - the next one starts 28th June and runs for 13 weeks. Oh and I will accept kg postings but it will come out on the list as pounds!Must use my stash up!0 -

Will do! and welcome aboardMust use my stash up!0 -
Wow, I think for the first time ever on this thread I've ended the weekend a pound LIGHTER than I started it!!!
(although the scales were indicating the battery is starting to get low...so maybe I shouldn't get overly excited :rotfl:)
I'm going out for lunch today, I can't decide whether that means I'm entitled to dessert, or whether I shouldn't have dessert so that the pound stays off (I'm sure you know what I mean)

Wlecome Siberianski!
Well done on resisting the call off the chocalate ellie, where are you going for lunch? Is there a low cal desert option??
I had a rubbish day yesterday, felt unwell and lolled around in bed, somehow thinking that a pile of gingernuts and two packets of crips would sort me out...Feeling a bit better today but not up for either the aquafit or lunch out I had planned. Must avoid feeling I deserve treats...
Lovely day today, hope everyone has a good one.0 -
Hi all, I've just had one of the worst weeks of my life, as my dad passed away suddenly last Monday, of a pulmonary embolism. Although he was 89 it has still been a shock, and the only good thing is that I've been told he wouldn't have suffered, as it would have been instant. I don't know what I would have done without my lovely OH, who took the week off work to be with me and help organize everything, as I'm the only family he had living locally.
I'm really angry with my older sister, who has said she will not be attending the funeral, as she is going on holiday the following week, even though she hasn't bothered to visit dad for years as she 'can't afford it'! If she doesn't change her mind I will never forgive her.
Anyway I have been living on crap or nothing all week, as I've not been hungry or felt like cooking, and we've mostly been using up the ready meals I'd bought for my dad. I have lost 2lbs this week after 2 weeks of STS but I wouldn't recommend this method of weight loss.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Really sorry to read this Sue14, it must have been a huge shock. And also sorry that your sister is making things more stressful for you. Put her in the background of your mind and just concentrate on your immediate family.
Look after yourself, and be gentle with yourself right now x
