    Good morning everyone

    3lb loss today please knitwitch

    [SIZE="1 [/SIZE]

    I'm so pleased! But know that these big loses are mainly water and beacause of how bad my diet was before I started, so hope it doesn't make anyone feel bad :o

    Had a aubergine tagine, couccous and chickpeas fromm bbc good food for tea last night and it was yum

    Also noticed that good food have a summer diet plan which I signed up for. It seems a bit faffy but some ideas if feeling uninspired.

    Hope everyone has a good saturday.

    Wow well done on the losses and sts everyone, some really big losses posted this week, well done :T

    Thanks for the tagine recommendation Cathy, I tried the other tagine on there, that was nice so will try this one too as I have an aubergine that needs using up.

    Hope everyone has a great week, great incentive to be good when the sun is shining and my knees have to see daylight :D
