Well done ladies lots of great loses.
Another good day for me lots of exercise and good food, salad and fruit. Am acheing a bit though as doing different exercise from what i'm used to just hopeing its worth it.

Tessie bear - I'm trying the 5:2 "diet" for a while. Early days yet but good so far. I think preparation is key. Have a so called fast day planned for tomorrow and know what I'm taking for lunch and hm quorn jalfrezie in freezer for tea.

I still think I'm trial and error, although I like to think I know my way in the kitchen! I would maybe suggest getting a student cook book - they are targeted at people who don't cook, so tend to be written in a very user friendly way. My fave was 'beyond baked beans, budget' (they also have a normal one and a veggie one) - it taught me a lot about bulk cooking and doing stuff with leftovers.0 -

i have eaten a salad for lunch and plan to eat a bit of the suns football feast for tea....not sure which bits yet as it doesnt look very healthy....got some strawberries from m and s which look very nice (and healthy)...been for a walk today and am off to mow the lawn in a mo....that will burn off a few calories hopefully
keep up the good work fingers crossed for a few cheeky losses over the next few days

I'm bowing out of this current challenge. We go away on holiday for 2weeks on Sunday. We're doing a road trip in the US, lots of delicious delights on the way!!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0
