Well done on the losses so far! I'm weighing in tomorrow as it (may) mean I have a good day today...saving calories for a takeaway for the footie tomorrow.

So far so good, am having some financial problems at the moment, the only plus being I don't feel like eating much!
B. 3 crumpets, sugar free jam
L. 2 warburton thins plain no filling no butter
D. Am doing sausage and mash for dh and ds and gammon steaks for dd, might have some mash.

Morning. It was my birthday on Wednesday and I went out for a birthday meal with 6 of my family. Had a lovely evening but gave in to temptation and had a chocolate brownie sundae for dessert. Not surprising then that its an STS for me this week. I'm glad birthdays only come around once a year0
