Does everyone here eat breakfast?
I'm not really a breakfast person. I have a couple of coffees when I wake up then tend to eat around 1pm.
I don't, my pain is so bad first thing that if I try to I will be ill, so water for my tablets and a large mug of tea starts me off
Must use my stash up!0 -

What's the challenge please?
Basically you decide how much weight you think you can lose in the challenge time and let me know, each weekend (or some people weigh in mid week) you let me know how much you have lost *cough* or gained *cough* and I update the list and post it with all the pretty smilies , with of course the running total of how much we have lost in total as well :jMust use my stash up!0 -

They say eating breakfast means you eat less throughout the day so maybe try something small- a banana or yogurtKnit_Witch wrote: »Of course you can join in! the more the merrier

Ahh, just 1 more pound to go and I've met my target! I am determined to do it, so am going back to basics this week, no treats or junk food or wine!
I have been working out 4x a week at the gym and didn't lose a single pound this week! Hey ho, I want to get fitter as well as thinner, and I am SURE the gym is helping with that (or at least it should be, the mount I sweat!).0 -
