    I was too embarrassed to sign in on Friday. Week one and I put on 3lb. I'm gutted because I thought I'd done enough to get a 2 to 3lb loss. But no good putting my head in the sand. So here it is for the record;

    3lbs gain :eek:

    :(.

    Now I have had time to think about it I think I have had too much bread.

    Hi, try not to get to disheartened it happens to us all.

    Are you keeping any sort of record of what you're eating everyday?if not, it maybe worth trying for a week or two until you get in a habit of making healthier choices.

    I'm a bit rubbish at keeping records. I started the week by photoing everything before I ate it. Didn't keep it up - I'll have another go at that - see I can spot any silly mistakes.

    I'm pretty sure it was bread though. I seem to put on weight by just looking at bread, but it is cheep, so I had it to keep costs down.

    If you need the filling "stodge" would potatoes be better for you?
