hi...1lb off this week for me please...seems hard work at the moment but im pleased with a loss....hope everyone else does well

1lb on for me this week unfortunately.
Have been working away for a few days, so its harder to be healthy - hoping its jsut due to too much bread yesterday and it's bloating and not weight!
Anyway - onto next week, where hopefully i can lose it again!
Breakfast today - 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milkWeight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -

thanks emily..lunch was crisp bread and cream cheese low fat of course...tea is bacon and scrambled eggs all dry fried and fat off the bacon
will probably go swimming on sunday but havent got many other plans healthy or otherwise

I saw a small bar of popping candy choc for the first time last weekend, but it was 73p!...so I didn't buy it, my mean streak was thinking that's nearly a pound on a little bar of choc :eek:

B: 2 nimble bread, scrape butter, 1/2 tin beans, 1 boiled egg
S: Banana, grapes
L: HM ham and light mini babay bell cheese
S: apple, yog with strawberries & blueberries
T: HM chilli with rice
Its my work mates birthday today and he brough in cake :eek: not sure if I will have a small piece or not.........im thinking if i dont then i could treat myself to a lovely caramel freddo laterO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
I'll have to try the popping candy chocolate from Iceland, what's the brand called? I really like the Cadbury one, but I'm guessing that's more than 95 calories, will have to check later when I go to the Co-op!0

Its 1.5lbs off for me this week so I think I'm back to where I was at the beginning of the challenge0

mmm, maybe I should steer clear of 6 packs
emily jackson, I think savesummore meant you can get a 6 pack of caramel freddos at icelands, they're the ones which have 95 calories.

My veg box arrived yesterday, quite impressed with it. Made a huge veggie filled gratin: garlic, potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, courgette, more mushrooms, more onions, topped with potatoes and a tub of low fat creme fraiche. That made 4 portions. Had one for lunch today, and just ended up having another portion topped with chorizo for dinner as well... Couldn't be bothers to cook something else!
I made it to the gym this morning, pushed myself to that 'can't take any more' point. Legs haven't forgiven me yet...0
