Ellie I stuck on Paul McK last night... And promptly nodded off!

Today was one of those days where I was actually a bit tempted to take a photo of my very healthy plate fulls, because they looked so nice:

    B: Porridge with Chia seeds
    S: Apple
L: bean and mushroom salad (12 beans, chorizo, mushrooms with HM sundried tomato dressing)
D: 2x cinammon and orange chicken thighs with onions, garlic and chilli spinnach and green beans.

My only downfall was wondering down to the canteen at lunchtime (needed a few minutes away from my desk, where 3 people were eating crisps too loudly (weird irritation I know!)) where I picked up a bag of nik naks...

Its not the eating of the crisps that annoys me its the noise the bag makes everytime they reach in to get one....drives me bonkers!

I'm out for my tea tomorrow and cant make my mind up which of the following would be lighter in calories...any ideas?

smoked haddock, leek and mascarpone risotto with a poached egg on top

gnocchi with italian sausage, fresh mozzarella in a parmesan and tomato sauce

Maybe he should be marketing the CDs to insomniacs :rotfl:

pm2326..another vote for the haddock :)

A sneaky peak this morning shows I've put that bleeping pound back on again...well what could I expect really?...so back to behaving myself to lose it for the umpteenth time...

hello...may i ask what sort of scales people use for their weigh ins ? im interested in the ones that can note a half pound loss as that sounds quite motivating.....my scales were bouncing between 3 readings this morning so i suspect they might be on their last legs

weetabix today and then fish and mushy peas for lunch....sounds wierd but quite enjoyed it....going to have a chicken curry for tea...we seem to have eaten quite a lot of chicken this week but have enjoyed it

with regards to adding veg to curry i put in things like mushrooms/courgette/peppers/spinach (frozen is good)...hope everyone has a great day

I use some Salter ones I got from T*sco, they can measure in 0.2 of a pound increments (well they so for my hubby and I hope they will for me when I get below that magic 20 stone barrier :o)
