Hi, I've been reading along but not posting. Had a challenging few weeks trying to stick to my diet but I'm finally back where I was. Not lost anything on this challenge but at least I am a STS at the moment....
Can't remember who asked, but I'm not having Freddos at the moment. They ran out of single ones at the local shop so I bought a pack. You can guess the rest. So I've decided I can't be trusted for the moment and I'm not buying them! I will go back to them, when I'm in the right frame of mind.
Well done to everyone for keeping going. It's really hard.0 -
I'm getting a large mixed organic fruit an veg box delivered tomorrow. Quite excited about it actually!
I was also really good, picked up a reduced price cream horn at the supermarket, thinking 'what a bargain' then decided to put it back againthough I then bought salt and vinegar peanuts instead... Woops...

northwest1965 hope you're feeling better soon, UTIs are horrible.
tessie bear, my scales are so old they're not worth telling you about...they do half pounds after I get below 10 stone, I wonder if that'll ever happen :rotfl:
Waiting in for a delivery, so can't go out for a walk yet, doing housework instead. I have quite a few bits of left overs and bits and pieces in the fridge to use up, so may be having a few odd meals. I have fruit sconeswhy did I buy those, they must have loads of calories in!
Going to watch a tv programme called Diabetes Epidemic tonight at 7.30, in the hope it scares me...not getting diabetes is one of the reasons I want to be the correct weight.

(Pollybear, cover your ears this minute :rotfl:)
I saw a small bar of popping candy choc for the first time last weekend, but it was 73p!...so I didn't buy it, my mean streak was thinking that's nearly a pound on a little bar of choc
I've done a huge pile of ironing, and been for a 50 minute walk, I'm puggled...obviously still not fit enough.
For lunch I had 2 veg spring rolls, and a scone with a little bit of cheese (not on the same plate, I had a break between them.
For tea, I'm thinking scrambled eggs, tiny portion of beans, and a toasted roll...that'll be 5 more left-overs consumed

Hi everyone :hello:
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: homemade chilli con carne, apple, Pepsi Max
Tea: made carrot and coriander soup and soda bread at my healthy lifestyles course, so had that for tea. It's a course at my community centre, and we're doing eight weeks of cooking, exercise, cooking, exercise. It's actually quite interesting, trying new things and getting tips, and if any particular exercises are popular, the centre might run them on a regular basis. Half us made the soup and bread, and the other half made chicken and potato curry with rice, I asked if I could have a go at making the soup, because I've tried to make it at home a few times without success, but I was given a few tips and am going to attempt to make it tomorrow, wish me luck!
I'm going to have an orange, a Chomp bar and some juice for my supper, and I've also been to the gym today. Hope everyone else's day's gone well, see you all tomorrow!0
