I wanted to work out the calories in my dinner. So surprised by how few calories are in veg! I think everything together came to 300 calories, with the creme fraiche piling on 500 (still though, that means my whole meal came to 200 calories a portion).

    Evening all,
    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice,
Lunch: Boots Shapers tuna & cucumber sandwich (I go to a photography group on a Friday in town that finishes at 12 pm, so I tend to grab something from Boots for lunch, however am thinking of making something and taking it with me as it's costing me a fortune, will have to try and find out if there's a fridge and/or microwave at the venue)
Tea: I made the carrot and coriander soup at home by myself that we made in class yesterday AND IT WAS A SUCCESS :j:dance:, couldn't believe it as I've tried many times to make soup unaided, and it always turns out a disaster, so was pleasantly surprised that this one turned out well, and it tasted fab! I had some seeded bread to go with it
    Supper: orange, Chomp bar, juice

The scales are flickering, but it's a STS please Knit Witch, (AKA put on a pound and get it off again by the weekend :o)

I'm working away this weekend again, taking food with me...got l/o lasagne, macaroni cheese, but also some veg I've already peeled, so might eat a bit more than normal, but hopefully won't be too bad.

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

mmm, maybe I should steer clear of 6 packs :o

emily jackson, I think savesummore meant you can get a 6 pack of caramel freddos at icelands, they're the ones which have 95 calories.
Yes sorry I did mean caramel freddos! gosh if the popping candy were 6 for a £1 i think it would be game over for me :rotfl:
My veg box arrived yesterday, quite impressed with it. Made a huge veggie filled gratin: garlic, potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, courgette, more mushrooms, more onions, topped with potatoes and a tub of low fat creme fraiche. That made 4 portions. Had one for lunch today, and just ended up having another portion topped with chorizo for dinner as well... Couldn't be bothers to cook something else!.

Sounds lovely- Im like your dinner stalker as I think I might try and make this too :rotfl:
    Morning well done everyone.

    Weeeeelllllllll...............Ive Lost 3lbs :j:j
Am well chuffed :D strange thing is havent really done much diff from last week! weird! I do think that giving myself a small treat in an evening ie 1 freddo means that for the rest of the day I am good as I think no i wont have this or that as i have a treat lined up for later

Went gym last night but just went in the pool- did 60 lengths (only small pool so just over 1/2 mile) then went in the sauna just me and a very cute boy in there ;) I say boy as he was a good 12 yrs younger than me- and I wasnt staring at him you understand just appreciating (sp?) all the hard work he had done on his body :rotfl::rotfl:

Naughty ssm!! Im off for a cold shower.........................................

    Morning all,

Sorry I meant to check in on Tuesday, another 1.5 off for me this week. Feeling good:D
Yesterday was a bit of a picky day, but I'm getting better at putting a day like that behind me instead of beating myself up and turning it into a terrible week.
Breakfast this morning was french toast and bacon, yumm
Not sure about the rest of the day as we will be in and out.
    Have a good day x
