HI KW. Sorry for the late weigh in but we've been visiting family this week. Quite relieved that its an STS for me. It could have been much worse0
-
Hi All
Sorry KW but a gain of +2.5 for me:(
I have had a rubbish couple of weeks, too much on my mind at the moment and really not focused, but I promise to try better x'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

I've lost 2 stone and want to lose another 3
2lb loss for me this week :T
I've decided to move my weigh in day to a saturday, hope thats ok, it will hopefully mean I only have 2 days to ruin my hard work rather than 3 (fri, sat, sun) as I tend to relax about what I eat on weigh day and then don't get back to normal till monday when I'm back in a routine.
Last night I used up most of my salad items ready for going shopping today....normally friday night would be something with chips or HM pizza so its worked so far :rotfl:0 -
Hi all
Sorry its a 1/2 pound GAIN for mebeen to the gym 3 times this week but have also been a little picker
Not a great day again today and off out for a few drinks tonight
Just a quick email to say further to drooling over minicoopers- pasta/chicken/chrizo tea I made my own
Pan fried chrizo then added chicken breasts (no extra oil due to the chrizo) added couple mushrooms, jar of tomato and garlic sauce (aldi) plus 1/2 jar water, squeeze tom puree, couple chopped mushrooms, couple chopped tom, tsp basil, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, about 300g maccaroni, mixed togther put in oven proof dish sprinkled handful of cheese over baked at 180 for 40 mins- it was delicious and that made 4 generous portions/ 6 smaller meals
Have a good saturday nightO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

You replicated my dinner from last week then! Sounds very yummy your way too!
I meant to make falaffels tonight, but went for carrot cumin and kidney bean burgers instead. Ended up having one in a roll with roasted peppers on the side. Had another pate after as well because it's "healthy"...
Picked up lots of meat at the butchers today, followed by a stock up at the veg market. I'm looking forward to a really healthy week ahead!0 -
Well that was a very long day, just getting to sit down now and catch up. I may well have put back on the pound I lost this morning...I've had muesli, then 2 cheese and pickle rolls, and just finished quiche, coleslaw and chips. The only thing I can say in my defence is that I must have used up a fair few calories being on my feet a lot...and I've left the bottle of beer in the fridge for tomorrow night lol.I've decided to move my weigh in day to a saturday, hope thats ok, it will hopefully mean I only have 2 days to ruin my hard work rather than 3 (fri, sat, sun) as I tend to relax about what I eat on weigh day and then don't get back to normal till monday when I'm back in a routine.
That's really good thinking, I may steal your idea.
I weighed on Saturday this week, but that's just because I didn't like the figure on Friday!tessie_bear wrote: »...just wondering (being nosey) at how much peeps are hoping to loose ?
I've lost 2 stone 9 lbs so far, and want to lose about another stone, maybe just over that. I'm not in the normal BMI yet.
I'm finding it's harder to stay motivated now that some of my favourite clothes fit again.
However, the sun came out today! ...and it made me realise how much easier it must be to dress when you know that clothes will look fine on you, and you don't have to check to see how podgy you look! I'm sitting here looking down at my spare tyre, it's got to go!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

7st 9 lost, my original goal was getting to 10st as that just got me into the healthy bmi bracket, I'm 9st 10 now and next goal is 9st 6. I'm a shortie and I was always 8st 7, but have to keep telling myself that was a good few years ago. I'll just take it a couple of pounds at time, but think my goal will be when my wedding ring fits again. Anyone else struggle to pick a goal weight? I think it takes a while for your head to catch up with your body.0
