    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
    Lunch: Homemade chill, apple, Pepsi Max
    Tea, 2 Weetabix, apple, juice
    Supper: will have an orange, a Chomp bar and some juice
    I went to the gym today, see you all tomorrow!

    Hi, I tried loosing weight using this site about 3 years ago. I did really well but did 't stick at it. If only I had. So I thought I'd give it another go.

    Do you still weigh in on a Friday morning?

    Hi Aldahbra welcome. Weigh in is Fri/Sat/Sun whichever is best for you, KW is lovely and puts the list up a couple of times over the weekend.

    Keep coming back, it works if you work it :)

    B - slice hm wm with rf spread and marmalade
    D - grilled pork strip, half a jacket, garlic mushrooms, baby asparagus, blue cheese dresssning
    T - Crackerbread with Vegemite, apricot jam
    S - banana, 3 plain biscuits
    E - 5x6 mins on the treadmill, thoroughly cleaned my bedroom

    yesterday worked out ok - calorie count came in at about 1500, and did a 10 minute exercise DVD.

    I weighed in this morning - and 2.5lb down (Yeah!!), so it's Thursday treat time today - 1 small chocolate bar allowed!!

    Todays food
    B- Porridge
    S - Apple
    Lunch - Banana and wholemeal sandwich
    S - Yoghurt
    D - Beef Stir Fry

    I checked my nutrition over the last few weeks last night and it looks like i do not get anywhere near enough Iron in my diet (Buying a bag of spinach tonight!)
    Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

    hello had b/fast of weetabix and a lunch of salad tea is going to be turkey breast in some form or another...possibly kebabs...not much else to report will be on tomorrow with loss or other wise

    Hi welcome back :)

    Went to the gym last night i really enjoyed it- i did 10 mins treadmill, 5 mins row machine, then about 15 mins on different weight machines I then did 30 lengths of the pool, went in the jaccuzzi and steam room so was there about 1 hr 45mins- enjoyable but very tired last night

    Today:
    B: 2 nimble bread, scrape butter, 1/2 tin beans
    S: muller light, strawberries & blueberries
    L: LO HM spag bol, pasta and some salad
    S: carrot sticks, apple
    T: Gammon, jacket tata, salad and HM lf hummous

    Will try to lay off the snacks later but im finding hard this week what with totm looming!
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    Hi everyone, and welcome to the new dieters :)

    I'm doing fine with my eating now that the cakes are finished :o
    My tongue is really sore today, it always goes like that if I eat any more than a little sweet stuff (and it seems especially cake icing!)
    You'd think knowing it will happen would be enough to stop me eating the wrong stuff, but no, I can be very stupid when it comes to cakes and chocolate!

    Took a trip into town today, and tried on umpteen bras, nothing was right, so I gave up when my back started aching. Will just have to try again another day. Was quite surprised at how little choice there was in the bigger cup sizes, most of the ones I liked didn't go up large enough.

    I did however, buy one of mat@lans £10 dresses...what was I thinking? I wear jeans all the time...if I wear something nice the whole family thinks I'm going out somewhere :rotfl:

    ellie thanks for the heads-up about m@t@l@ns £10 dress sale, got a couple last year and need pass there tomorrow so I might pop in - just for a look, you understand ;)

    B - Marmalade on a slice of hm wm
    D - 3 crispy duck rolls
    T - the other 3 " , WW chocolate finger
    S - banana, apple
    E - It stopped raining! So lots of tidying up to do in the garden, pruned both the apple and the pear trees which have got leaf curl, did 4x6 mins on treadmill

    Dreading weigh in tomorrow... BUT going to take a bit of time at the weekend to sort out a game plan for the gym and a healthy meal plan for the next week.

    Going to investigate good bread-free lunches, and pick up some fresh veggies from the market on Saturday.
