Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: low fat prawn mayo sandwich, apple, Pepsi Max
Tea: made healthy fish and chips using a Change 4 Life recipe
Supper: jam doughnut that hubby bought me, orange, and Pepsi Max

Yet another 1/2lb off for me this week please KW. Won't be here next weekend but will wi when I get back - provided I haven't made a pig of myself while I'm away!

D - @sd@ lamb rogan, no rice but half a slice of hm wm. Sheesh that was hot! Ate the lamb - all four pieces - put the sauce in the freezer to use another time when I have some yogurt to mix in
T - 2 Thins with peanut butter, marmalade
S - banana, apple, 2 belvit@ breakfast biscuits.
E - stairs and landing on hands and knees, all kitchen cupboard fronts cleaned, 5x5 mins on treadmill0 -

Working on my plan for the week, and I've been investigating healthy lunches. Going to try out a mushroom and bean salad with sundried tomato dressing next week. Dinners will be: falafel and flat breads, orange and cinammon chicken with chilli spinnach, and pasta with veggie bolognese.
Off to the market tomorrow to get all the bits!0 -
Just a quickie to say the yo-yoing pound is off at the moment, so I've lost 1lb.
Already know there will be no takeaway this weekend, I have meals planned as I'm mega busy, but whether extra snacks creep in remains to be seen

Morning
Knitwit I'm a STS this week. It's not been a good week food wise, though exercise has not been bad. Spent 2 days in the garden a lot of digging was done, it was an overgrown mess, now it's tidy and has some veg plants in.
We have a wedding at the end of the month so really need to shift the pounds am going to work on a new exercise and food plan later.
