Hi everyone :wave:
Took my great nephew roller skating today, so diet wise (it's been a bit of a varied day), but we had fun, so that's the main thing, plus we were at the roller rink for 5 hours :eek:, so hopefully all that skating will have done some damage control, I'm exhausted!
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: Chips, apple, Pepsi Max
Tea: ended up having dairylea and crackers when I took him home :eek:
Supper: orange, chomp bar juice0 -

2lb gain this week. Nothing like as bad as expected, but back to not even being off the starting blocks for this challenge. Need to think this through at the weekend....0

I have dusted off the wii fit and taken my start weight. I have decided to make a rule to photo absolutely everything I eat (I can never keep a food diary) and this way I plan to keep track of everything. Don't worry I won't post all the photos here.
Breakfast : rice crispies and 1 tsp sugar
Lunch: tiny bread rolls with ham and lettuce. 1 chocolate mouse
Dinner; fish cakes, home made oven chips, carrots and peas then strawberries
Lunch and dinner plates to be 1/3 vegetables.

i cheekily stepped on the scales on wed and it was sts so was very surprised on fri to see 2lb off...aint weight funny (not)

Its quiet on here this morning- im guessing everyone is busy doing push ups and eating salads
I had a freddo last night and a bite of a mars bar in addition to what i posted here- im not really hopeful for wi tomos i seem to have had far too many nibbles of this and that- I am going to the gym tonight though so last chance workout before WI tomorrow
Today:
B: 35g branflakes, strawberries, blueberries, banana, low fat greek yog
S: Light mini baby bell, 5 slices wafer ham
L: HM ham & rice salad, red grapes, peach
S: An apple or 2
T: HM (well from a jar) chicken and prawn curry with lentils and rice
Well done to the losers today!

well last day before the weekend ... im always rubbish at the WE as bf comes over and it all goes to pot (I still do my workouts but I eat over my calories these days)
gonna try to be better this one though ... its just me and the boys as bf is going to the boxing (yay)
today its been fruit for brekkie, hm soup for lunch with jelly and gonna have veggies in garlic sauce for dinner with a checky hot choc and mm for supper

it will be more than one mm but its only 22 cals for 10 mini ones
The will power I've got is the thought of going to stay with at my bf's mams house in Spain for a holiday in 2 months time then having to wear my bikini around the pool ... It seemed like such a good idea when we booked a cheap holiday as only flights to pay for and they get to see each other ... now im not so sure lol
