Back from a long weekend now. I don't even know where to start!

Monday: Baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn (trying to recover), chicken and chorizo macaroni (tomato sauce, not cheese), 3 cocktails at the theatre

    Hi minicooper

This maybe abit of a daft question but was the chicken & chorizo just panfried chicken and chorizo with boiled macaroni with a tom sauce poured over? It sounds very nice and I have all the stuff to make it :T

Breakfast: Croissant AND slice of chocolate flapjack (I know this is really bad, but it was a one-off as I'd just starved myself for 6 hours for a blood test, and treated myself in the hospital caf!)
Lunch: Homemade chilli con carne, apple, juice
Tea: 2 Weetabix, apple, Pepsi Max
Will have an orange, a Chomp bar and juice for supper

I think the chicken and chorizo were pre cooked, or cooked into the sauce, then added to the macaroni shells, topped with a little bit of cheese and baked. If I had to guess at what was in the sauce, it was probably passata, garlic and a bit of basil.

    Oh dear, confession time.

My meals today have been fine, and I did an hours walk in the country...

and then I ate 4, yes four  caramel cupcakes, which I'd baked in the afternoon...they get a bit sickly when you get to number 4 :o

I can't even give a reason why I did it.

Two friends today said I was looking much slimmer, tbh whilst it's nice that they notice, I don't think that it's helping me, I tend to think if I'm looking better I don't have to try so hard any more...when actually, yes I do!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

B - slice of hm wm toast with yogurt & marmalade
D - salad of beetroot, celery, baby corn, asparagus, mushroom and a jacket with rf cheese
T - slice of hm wm, half with vegemite, half with apricot jam
S - apple, fruit 'health' bar, banana
E - shopping on my own this morning, tiring but DD was having a rest day after a busy BH Monday. Then this afternoon I set to and built the treadmill, now I can't stay off it! Fortunately it's quieter than the other one so I'm not so worried I'll disturb the neighbours.

    Sweet dreams :)

Went for a walk last night and then pulled all the weeds around the driveway and graden when i got home.

I have started doing small things to increase my exercise
    1) Park the car at the furtherst away part of the carpark - so i have to walk a bit more
    2) If i'm downstairs use the upstairs toilet and vice versa.

And i had porridge for breakfast - and i have never been a fan of porridge!

Canteen food looked appealing at lunch time today, so finished up with stuffed chicken and gravy with garlic potatoes
