    Today so far

Breakfast - 1 slice of whole meal toast and banana
Midmorning snack - treated myself to a mine fry - 1 slice of bacon, potato bread and beans only - it's my friday treat!
Lunch - Bowl of Butternut squash soup (homemade!)
Other snacks - apple & Banana

And have a lovely stew in the slow cooker for when i get home from work!

So first 5 days of the healthy eating have went well - only chocolate has been 1 chomp bar, and my other other bad thing was the mini fry today.

Exercise - spent about 30minutes digging myself a new flower bed last night and am helping out a youth club tonight - generally involves a lot of running around!

    Evening all :hello:

Breakfast: slice toast, 1 Weetabix, banana, juice
Lunch: homemade spaghetti bolognaise, apple, Pepsi Max
    Tea: 2 Weetabix, orange, juice
Supper: Chomp bar, orange, Pepsi Max

I know Weetabix for a meal sounds a bit weird, but I try to have something light for my evening meal, such as a sandwich, and sometimes I have cereal, although I'm going to try and think of alternatives to cereal, as I'm aware if you have it as a meal apart from breakfast, it's probably not really part of a nutritious diet. I allow myself a treat for supper, but I make sure it's something that's quite low in calories, like a Chomp, Fudge, or Dime Bar.

    See you all tomorrow!

    STS this week please :)

A few snack crept in, but at the same time I've been doing weight training, and hope it's a balance of fat lost and muscle gained... Away this weekend, so have no idea what I'll expect next week!

Hi,ive just found this thread after searching for calorie counting diets which ive just started after doing loads of other diets

b..bran flakes with milk and seeds sprinked on
l.salad of spinach, beetroot, pickled onions, feta cheese, olives, roasted peppers and courgettes, tomato and very light dressing, dinner was chick pea curry with coucous
    snack... yoghurt

to be honest im struggling to meet my 1200 a day quota.... last 2 days ive come in under 800 which i know isnt good but because im eating so heathily i dont seem to need much more and dont want to eat treats just to get my calorie intake up

    I've STS this week.

I've been eating like a "normal person", not like someone on a diet...I had the fish supper (tried my best but couldn't quite finish it!), and I also ate a whole large bar of chocolate...that's 1000 calories!!!

I really need to concentrate on dieting much more, I've been getting lazy.
