This might sound a little silly... Today I progressed to full planks at the gym, and being able to hold it for more than 10s (managed 30s). I was so pleased I did it again straight away to prove I didn't imagine it! This is a really big marker - I've never been able to manage full planks!

I'm still feeling really tired at the moment, and it's making me susceptible to picking up sugary bites to eat, or something a little easier to prepare. Think I'm entering into the self-sabotage faze of my diet!

    Hi all

Today was not too bad at all, it is making me think about having to confess on here so I don't want to over eat!

    B hot water/ lemon/all bran/sultanas/ss milk
    L hummus oatcakes apple
    D HM lamb burger/ couscous /roast veg
    S grapes apple flapjack
    Drinks water;1tea
    No exercise due to rain.

Minicooper - not sure what planks are but you have obviously worked hard to get to that stage, could you have a non-food treat of some kind maybe? Good on you for managing the planks. :T

It's like a push up, but you stay in the up (arms straight) position and hold for as long as possible. But just as you will do an easier push-up on your knees, you do similar for a modified plank. Today was the equivalent of moving up to a full push up on your toes instead of the knees!
