I've well and truly blown the healthy eating this weekend....dont know why but feeling down in the dumps and just ate everything I could get my hands on thats bad for me.

Since Friday night I've had a bag of M&m's, bag of Maltesers and bag of Minstrels and when I say bag I mean those 290g share bags....and a packet of salted peanuts.

actually starting to cry now and I feel sick, dont know if its the chocolate or the shame or both...going to crawl into bed and feel sorry for myself x

Missing Mr W so much, just when I'd got into a good routine with walking he blew up :(. Looking into buying another one but they're ridiculously expensive so will have to wait at least til after my holiday.

B - slice of toasted wm with 1/2 banana
D - cold pork, beetroot, cucumber and mushroom. Nice cool and refreshing meal for a nice warm day
T - 3 Crackerbread with Vegemite, Stilton, apricot jam
S - a bowl of millionaires shortbread ice cream. Decadent but oh, so delicious
E - 5 mins step, completely out of breath as I've not done it for so long. Tried sit-ups but that was hilarious, I was the opposite of the Duke of York's 10,000 men - couldn't get up, couldn't get down :rotfl:! Will have to rethink my strategy :o

    Sweet dreams :)

Ok, here goes with daily updates, hopefully this will focus the mind.
    Yesterday's intake
Breakfast- corn flakes, ss milk, tsp sugar. Water&lemon x 2, tea with milk
Lunch - smoked salmon, salady bits, half bread roll. Steak, sausage, poached egg. Fruit salad/raspberry sorbet. Glass white wine. This was all spread over about three hours in a lovely restaurant. Not my normal Sunday but really enjoyed it.
Supper -turkey sandwich, 2 glasses red wine.

So, rather excessive day but no regrets, maybe less wine.
    Today
    Breakfast - all bran/sultanas/milk
Lunch - homemade hummus/2oatcakes/1\4 cucumber. Apple
    Snack - HM flapjack
Dinner - ? Per the meal plan it is omelette or egg and chips but only 3 eggs and no potatoes so will need a trip to shop. I will resist chips.

Have a good day everyone and tonight I am going to read back this thread for ideas and to see how everyone is doing. I'm addicted to the debt free diaries and spend all my MSE time on there! I have a holiday in 9 weeks time and want to lose 8lbs before then. Thanks to KnitWitch for the thread. X

Just put it behind you pm2326, and start again today.
I'd imagine a lot of us have had weekends like that, I know I have.
The only thing we can do is try and plan how we'd handle it the next time (although I do sometimes still have a popping candy chocolate Sunday...and then feel lousy afterwards :o)

sparrer, what a shame that Mr W is broken, I hope he can be repaired. Shows how little I know about exercise machines, I never even thought they were plugged in :o
It's a good job you explained to everyone he was a walker...or those who thought he was your "male companion" would have been pretty shocked to read that he blew up :rotfl:

I suppose I had a successful weekend, in that I finished the weekend the same weight as I started it!

My own Monday morning moan is "why is it so blooming difficult to find a bra that fits properly?" I've read online different ways of measuring, and none of them seem right. And have any of you actually measured a bra?...a 36" is actually 28" round the band, a 32" is 25" round the band, so what's that all about??? I'd love to meet the person who invented the system! and breathe....:rotfl:

(oh, and I want a purple one...stamps foot! :rotfl:)

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Hello everyone, i haven't read all the pages as 630 is rather a lot! I've just dropped WW as I need to cut back on spending and I fell off the wagon anyway :( I'm still not back on fully yet, trying to get my head around how I am going to do this while trying cut back on grocery spends at the same time. I have one bar of chocolate left so am hoping not buying anymore due to grocery challenge and more salads in the hot weather will help. I haven't weighed myself, worried it will send me in the wrong direction, maybe next Monday.

(I should have left them guessing!)

I had a 'proper' bra filling once, the sa tried to persuade me to buy two very expensive bra's (I'm talking £40 + each ) but I wasn't happy with the fit. Or price! So I took myself off to various shops and tried on a variety of bra's until I was comfortable with the cut and fit, following some of the sa's advice ie a bra shouldn't form a bridge between the cups but touch the chest in the middle. She was right, they're much more comfortable that way. I did eventually find the perfect fit for me, believe it or not in @sd@! I'm not suggesting it's right for everyone as we're all build differently but £8 each is a lot more comfortable than £40 ;). It seems a lot of faff but if you go prepared, loose clothing etc., for a day's fittings hopefully you'll find the right one for you.

    B - 2 Crackerbread with yogurt and 1/2 banana
    L - cold pork salad
D - Broccoli, cauli and Stilton soup
S - celery, carrot batons, apple. Out for a cuppa with a friend this pm so there might be an addition to the snacks :o eta extra snack was a slice of my friend's chocolate birthday cake. Naughty but nice
    E - 3 mins step and 4 sit-ups - it's a start! Will have another go later

    Have a sunny day :)
