DH has been ill all week with a very nasty chest infection, so I have been sleeping on the sofa, skipping my exercises and having crisps, chocolate, lemonade.........and somehow I've manage to lose 1lb. I can't figure it out!

Just worked nearly 10 hours without a break...oh the simple pleasure of sitting down with a giant mug of tea :)

I'm not going to post my weight today, I think my scales are evil!!!

I stood on them this morning, and I swear I could hear them muttering "mmwwwwaaahhaahhaa...so you thought you could eat chocolate cake and ice cream?...well, here's a few extra pounds on overnight to teach you a lesson..." :rotfl:

and honestly, it was all calorie counted and allowed, I've been pretty good this week.
Feel like eating everything in sight, but I don't suppose that would be the brightest idea I've ever had. Maybe hm potato wedges, chicken kiev and veg will do me :)

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

I have a heart rate monitor. If I compare what that tells me to the gym machines or MyFitnessPal etc, they're usually out by 50%

Just assume you've burned less than you think (unless bones start to show ;))

Today, i spent 50 mins pushing myself really hard. I could only record half the exercises I did, which came in at 600 calories. If I assume the un-listed exercises would burn the same number of calories, I can assume the machine would tell me I'd burned 1200 calories. But I know there's no way I burned 1200 calories. I don't even think I burned 600! MFP says 200, for an hour of strength training, but that sounds too little... But I suppose if I work on the basis I can eat 200 calories worth of extras, it won't go wrong!

knit witch I forgot to post my weight loss! 2 lbs loss please :) it was a smidge under, but I'm in the more to round it up...

    Hi guys

1lb loss for me this week.

Had a huge HM egg, mayo & spring onion sandwich for lunch as made too much of the filling on wednesday and needed to use it up today.

No doubt I've put the 1lb back on already :rotfl:

    Good Morning

3.5 lb loss for me thanks knitwitch x

Well done on the losses everyone :T

My day for a lie on and I was wide awake 6 am, I'm taking youngest DD prom dress shopping today, cross fingers for me we find something in the first shop as she hates shopping and it will be a nightmare trying to get her to try stuff on, I don't know how I produced a child that hates shopping lol. Think I'll deserve lunch out after the experience :)

Hope everyone has a great day and enjoys the sunshine x

    Morning all

Knitwit. Please can you put me down as a DAY again this week. I have been good but have had a funny tummy all week so don't think that has helped.
Hopefully will manage a loss this week.

Well done to all of you who have lost, don't worry if like me you haven't we will get there

    Have a good week
