I'm sorry I've been mia it's been busy and after a little wobble diet wise, I'm back on track with solid meal planning and proper packed lunches and I'm feeling results. Just back from an exercise class will weigh in tomorrow.

Well I am coming on here more recently to absolve my sins rather than to talk talk about a loss!

I had my first fish and chips last night for a very long time. I am going to try and keep at it but I now have exactly 14 days until my exams end. I have told myself that I will stick to 1700 calories a day + exercise, but if for some reason I am in the middle of studying and feel hungry, I won't stop myself. I have lost a lot of weight already and am looking better, and I will still have a month then before buying suits for my graduate job (which is honestly the main reason I am losing weight, or at least what is spurring me on).

So, I may post a slight gain tomorrow, and it is a shame after a few good weeks, but so be it! It feels better coming on here and admitting it and makes me less likely to do it.

    Well done everyone else!

Yeph you're right, you shouldn't have said it!

I wasn't craving anything of the sort until now!!
  • Does anyone else eat their breakfast at work, or more to the point, bring sarnies for dinner and decide to eat those instead for breakfast and then reluctantly make do with cereal at dinner?!
  • Oh and my new challenge, I'm not eating cheese or drinking booze until my team - the mighty Bradford Bulls - win again. If anyone knows owt about rugby then we are absolutely pants this year, so I've effectively given up cheese and beer for 2014!

I just thought I'd compound the misery even more!

You've a right cheek telling us all to be good after that description :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I want something scrumptious to eat too, not sure what though!
Planning a treat for tea time...home made soup, then a warm choc chip muffin with caramel ice cream...drrrroooooollllll :rotfl:

Going for a walk first to "pay" for it though, I won't be over my calories.

Delivered a whole car boot sale load to the charity shop this afternoon...I know I won't miss any of it, and I've got my hall back, sorted! :)
