Really want to eat something but I've had enough today, so trying to be strong!
Realised today that I'm three quarters of the way to target...
I set a target of 48lbs, have lost 36lbs with 12lbs to go...
(and we'll gloss over how long it's taken me!)
See the weather's forecast to get warmer (even in Scotland?)...oh dear, some bare flesh may need to be on show

I'm starving today today too, I'd eaten all my calories by 3.30 so had to go on 2 walks just to have a miniscule bowl of a pudding I'd made0 -
Hi everyone

Unofficial weight-in this morning brought me out at the same as my sig, so, seems to be that all is back to normal! Nights out with alcohol and the ensuing hangover day are terrible! I think the water imbalances it, and more so, I eat a weeks worth of food on the night/the next day! But that is life!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. It's only life if you choose that life
We're all responsible for our choices...I wish I'd learnt a lot younger to make better choices
I've been doing some weeding, now resting the aching back so I'll be able to walk when I meet a friend later. Wish I could garden properly.

A night out with alcohol is very much a rarity for me. So when I say, that is life, I don't mean alcohol is my life!!! What I mean is that a night out every now and again is perfectly normal, especially being a student at 21 years old.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Of course it's normal pablakeman, wasn't meant as a criticism at all...more ruminating that if I'd made better lifestyle choices myself when younger I wouldn't be in the position I am now
