I managed to do some exercise last night and ended up 53 cals under my goal. Hoping for a walk later but weather isn't looking good so we'll see.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

I have a 1lb gain this week. Special circumstances this week of the month.
Have a free personal training session on Wednesday evening (had to move it from yesterday, as I felt a bit sickly), so going to glean tips for an efficient workout then!0 -

Im over the moon to report -2.5LBS again this week :j taking me to a total -5lbs in two weeks :j (me jumping for joy lol)
Ive started to have abit of a relaxed attitude on a Saturday after weigh in but im trying not to be too relaxed today!!

E 6x6 mins with Mr W, housework

So, I didn't have a great day yesterday. Ate breakfast but had to miss lunch (was at work still until 2.30) and had a big blow out in the evening (wine, pizza, chocolate, crisps...groan!).
So I am in damage control mode today. Ate wholemeal toast for brekkie, a wholemeal pitta stuffed with ham salad for lunch. A bit carb heavy, but at least its healthy.
Dinner is Lamb stirfry. LOADS of veggies on thereCarrots, peppers, courgettes, mangetout etc. Served with wholewheat noodles.
Also went for a 5K walk around the local lake. Got soaked and very windswept, but felt better for it.0 -
