Haha yes it is a gain this week but not an accurate one, due to the timing of the night out etc... So no need to post this weekHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Will weigh later (prob tomorrow) but doubt it has moved much in just 4 days!

Hi
1.5lb loss for me this week x0 -
Oh dear today hasn't been very good...
B: missed it!
L: smoked salmon and cream cheese bagelfish and chips
Snack: last of my birthday cake
I do feel very guilty especially when I see other people posting celery and cucumber....
I did do 1 hour exercise however, so I will try harder tomorrow0 -
Well done to all the losers and welcome oldtractor.
I'm very pleased with another 1lb loss this week! I must admit that so far today I have gone over my goal by about 170 calories, so I will have to do a bit of exercise later to burn some of it off, but I did manage to resist the 'naughty cupboard' at work today, when I was on my own!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Sorry I've been MIA for a few weeks. Have had visitors and it's been wall-to-wall cream teas, Easter eggs and wine. Was surprised to weigh in this morning and have lost [/.5]
have also booked a holiday for 10 weeks time so must be more motivated and will check in every week now. Well done everyone who is losing and thanks to KnitWitch for running the thread.MFIT -T5 #420 -

Well done to everyone who has had a loss, but if like me you didn't or you had a gain never mind we will get to goal.
