I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi all :)

Just had lunch- a wholewheat wrap with ham, salad and onion. A tiny dollop of mayo (light). And a small bowlful of cubed melon.

Breakfast was 2x crumpets (99 cals each, so not too bad) with a scrape of PB on each.

I have emailed the gym back and asked about booking the complimentary day.
I miss my old Uni gym, it was £60 a YEAR! Haha, no wonder I was as fit as anything back then!

I'm afraid I have not been eating well over the past few weeks. Started again this week as noticed I had put 1lb on and am now 12 stones 7.

    Tuesday:

Breakfast - 2 large mushrooms on toast
    Lunch - Egg mayo sandwich
tea - YS roast vegetables with HM soda bread

    Wednesday:

Breakfast - 2 soft boiled bantams eggs with soda bread
Lunch - sandwich with prawns, tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce
Tea - HM shepherds pie and salad made from spinach leaves. Then a tiny bit of ice cream (not a fan) and a sliced banana.

Also worked out that yesterday I had one glass of water, 2 cups of tea and 4 cups of fennel tea!

    Today (Thursday)

    Breakfast - too late
Lunch - pesto and chicken Panini then banana later on
Tea - yesterday's shepherds pie with some pasta salad

Also had some fairy cakes today as my bigger son made them in DT at school.

Took my dad to his chair based exercise session today, and got him fish and chips on the way home, I had a few of the chips as there were too many for him, but as that was my lunch it wasn't too bad.

We had jacket potatoes with beans for dinner, and we've just started our aldi chocolate bunnies. OH had the whole of his, but I only had 55g of mine, and I did some exercises earlier (including joining in at my dad's session, lol), so I'm still under my calorie goal for the day.

£60 for a year long swimming only membership at mine, which was perfect for me (when I had time to go) :) £39 a month now...

Started to get a bit of a sickly headache today, and got a packet of Skittles to take my mind off of it. I'm craving sugary things at the moment, and I'm not really sure why...

This morning I snuck on the scales for a preview of tomorrows loss. Or lack-there-of! Fingers crossed I magically lose at least half a lb overnight, as I'm getting a bit tired of constantly staying the same...

B - missed, had to leave early
L - jnr portion lasagne, a dozen chips and a spoonful of peas, all tepid on a cold plate. The pot of tea was the saving grace
T - 2 slices wm with rf cheese and cucumber, ice cream with stewed plums
S - jam doughnut, Ryvita with sliver Stilton, banana
E - can I count the stress of driving in rain for 5 hours?!

    Sweet dreams :)

Morning all! 1.5lb gain for me
However it was my birthday yesterday so it has been caused by pure indulgence which DH says is allowed on special occasions - who am I to argue? :D
I will climb back on my pony today, going to do some exercises shortly and then healthy eating!
