Hello again everyone
I didn't do very well today, so I am a bit disappointed. Anyway, no point in dwelling. I have already jumped back on the wagon and am having a jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn for dinner, served with a nice crispy salad.
Desperately fancied a glass of wine, but instead I have bought a fizzy Lemon and Mint drink from Tesco (Alcohol Free).0 -
Hi all,
Just reporting in, lost 2.5 lbso very pleased with myself as I feel I've eaten really well this week.

Feeling a bit drained today. Took pro-plus mid afternoon, but didn't perk up at all. Ended up following dinner (stir fry) with 2 slices of toast with cheese (not cheese on toast). Felt full, but not full at the same time, and could probably have eaten a lot more if I could be bothered to make anything!
Going to set my alarm extra early, and get down to the gym for 6.30. Hopefully a bit of exercise in the morning will perk me up!0 -
Where is everyone today...are you all in the gym? :rotfl:
I'm back from an internet free and scales free weekend...I totally lost count of what I was eating without mfp to do the sums for me.
From what I can remember there was no takeaway, no chocolate (but only because I didn't have any handy) and no alcohol.
There was a very large bag of crisps, and a big portion of macaroni cheese
Sneaky stand on the scales this morning says I'm the same as last Friday, so could have been worse.
One good thing...I had to punch another hole in my leather jeans belt
It's so cold I don't want to go out, it's May fgs!

Edit: I have just copied and pasted this from another thread I was on, and am wondering if someone could give me an idea of how fair the prices are, compared to other gyms:
Hi All
I emailed the local gym over the weekend, and had a reply this morning. What do you all think of the prices?
£48 pp for peak membership-you can use the gym, sauna, pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, any of the fitness classes at anytime, 7 days a week
OR
£36 pp for off peak membership- You can use all of the facilities listed above, Mon-Fri, up to 5pm.
It'll also be £6pm and £8pm for my children to have unlimited use of the pool and tennis courts.0
