Morning all! 1.5lb gain for me
However it was my birthday yesterday so it has been caused by pure indulgence which DH says is allowed on special occasions - who am I to argue? :D
I will climb back on my pony today, going to do some exercises shortly and then healthy eating!

Many happy returns for yesterday then :D
    Must use my stash up!

    Good morning!

Haven't posted for a week but I have been doing pretty well..even during the long weekend which I thought was amazing.
..and amazing was the fact that my bf didn't expect or want alcohol on Sunday evening despite having Monday off!!

So this week is 0.5kg or 1.1 lbs loss for me!

Still have to catch up on this week posts so I am off to have a read!!

Good luck with the weigh ins ladies!!

Well due to stress of exams and essay and being very far ahead in my revision schedule, I decided to go out Wednesday night ie lots and lots of beer, and lots of junk food yesterday! So my weight will now be skewed for the next couple of days, and will take me around a week to get back to what I was normally.

It is annoying but that is life, I knew it would happen. Back on track today hopefully.

Great reading everybody else's losses and well done to everyone!!

Ouchy, I hope it hasn't skewed it too much! I am guessing you are not posting your weight loss *cough* gain *cough* this week then?

    Hi All

We'll think my scales are on the blink as had a sneaky weigh in yesterday morning and they said I was 3 stone 6 don't think one of my legs weighs that :rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway proper weigh in at my normal place was a loss of 1 lb so not so bad.

    B. porridge with raspberry
    L. Probably marmite on toast
    D. Home made veggie pizza with some feta made with wrap for base so not bread heavy.

Just hoovered (under the furniture too!) and then steam cleaned the living room carpet, now off to change the beds!

    Well done all xx

L - jnr portion lasagne, a dozen chips and a spoonful of peas, all tepid on a cold plate. The pot of tea was the saving grace
    :)

This is one of my pet hates! I cant stand cold food!! I would have sent it back- how hard is it to bring a meal out whilst still hot!

Hi oldtractor and welcome- im sure Knitwitch will be along soon to tell you the 'rules' :D

Was good again last night - no extra 'eats' to report but am still failing on the exercise front!

    Today
B: 1 wholemeal toast no butter, 1/2 tin beans, 2 eggs scrambled
S: Stawberries, muller light greek yog, pear
L: HM ham salad with carrot sticks, tiny pot of lf houmous, 2 ryveta type things
S: red grapes, apple or banana (have both not sure which i want)
T: HM red thai curry with either rice or noodles

Later i may have a SW bar

The good thing about weighing in on a Saturday morning is I cant go too mad on a Friday like I used too!

Its strange but im really nervous about WI tomos

Weighed in with an 0.5lb loss, should have been much more as I'm just back from the college where I asked for a trim and got scalped! At least it will last two or three months ;)

    B - F&F, greek yogurt and blueberries
D - salad of celery, cucumber, mushroom, carrot, mange tout, baby corn, beetroot, small jacket with a slice of melted blue cheese. Dressing 2 teasp ff yogurt, 1 teasp rf mayo
    T - 2 wm toasts, 1/2 Vegemite, 1/2 peanut butter, 1 lemon cheese
S - melon, plum, stick celery
    E 5x6 mins with Mr W

Good luck those still to weigh in :)
