    Hi all,

Can I join you. I'm a regular on the OS Board and have posted on this thread before but not for a long time as I fell off the wagon.
Anyway I'm back on with a vengeance and aiming to lose 3st 7
Would love to do it before my holiday in November but I would be happy if I can be almost there.
My problem has been exercise. I had a knee replacement just over three months ago. I'm trying really hard but still have a very sore leg so walking is limited. Anyway I've lost 7 lbs in the last few weeks so at least I've started. I'm following the SW Plan
    So today's menu

B 2 small slice b/bread 2 slices bacon half a can of beans
L chicken and half a pack of pasta and sauce plus some fruit
D will be new potatoes, salad and fish, followed by strawberries and raspberry sorbet
My weigh in day is tomorrow so I will update my weight and set a target for next week.
Looking forward to getting to know you all x

This year is disappearing quite fast, I just realised it's now just 12 weeks until my friends wedding

When she sent the save the dates a year ago, I was hoping to reach target by then, but now I doubt I'll lose that last 3 stone in 12 weeks! Would have been nice, as I'll be seeing a fair few old uni faces I've not seen for a couple of years. Will have to settle for 1 stone...

Sorry, I went AWOL again, completely forgot about it again!! I haven't been doing very well lately so I've STS at 80kg exactly. Not been getting any exercise as went into hospital for a minor back open last Friday and not been feeling up to much since, although I did manage a 2.5 mile dog walk yesterday, even though it took me over an hour (was all uphill through the woods though).
Anyway, I've weighed in this morning and have good intentions to try harder.
    Good Luck All
    PJ

Must try harder, must try harder......
Just looked back and see my last weigh-in was at 78.9kg so I've actually gained but I'm hoping this is a "monthly" blip.
