I've had a much better week this week, only going slightly over my calorie goal yesterday, and was under every other day, and am pleased to finally report a loss of 1lb after 2 weeks of STS!

I've been gradually eating one of my easter eggs this week, just a little bit more to eat later then that's one out of the way, lol! OH and I also ate the chocolates that MIL gave us, we had 4 each per day until they were all gone, but I've been doing lots of exercise to work it off.

The other day one of my work mates said I'd done amazing, and that I looked fabulous! I must admit I like what I see in the mirror a lot more than I did this time last year, but still need to get rid of the big blob that is my belly, lol!

Yesterday went horribly wrong food-wise, although it was a fabulous unplanned day
    B - was as listed
L - a huge, jammy, fruity, fresh creamy scone :o:o
    S - half a huge box of popcorn :o:o
    D - didn't happen
S - slice cantaloupe melon, banana, chocolate digestive
Supper - rf cheese and cucumber sanwich, wm crust with lemon cheese :o:o

Worst part was not so much eating rubbish but missing meals altogether :(

    Today
    B - overslept
    L - 3 sesame ryvita, 1xvegemite, 1xpeanut butter, 1xrf cheese & cucumber
D - salad with boiled egg, cucumber, celery, mushroom, beetroot, grated carrot, 1/2 rf yogurt & 1/2 mayo dressing
    S - slice cantaloupe, banana
    E - 4x8 mins with Mr W

    Sweet dreams :)

Yesterday was a good and bad day :o

Good:- went through wardrobe and tried on 2 pairs of work trousers in the next size down and I can now get them on and fastened :T:T only down side is I cant breathe when I put them on so still a little bit to go before I wear them for more than 3 seconds :rotfl:

Bad:- was really good with food all week then went overboard yesterday....ended up eating 3 bags of crisps (yes 3!) and a 200g bar of almond chocolate... MFP says -1349:eek:

am thinking I better do some walking to work off those extra calories :o

Hi All, can I please join in?

I started last week at 11st and lost 1lb this week, so I am finally in the 10's at 10st 13lbs :)

Losing weight slowly (1-2lbs at a time) while eating healthier is my plan. I am planning to reach 10st which will give me a healthy BMI and within the healthy bracket according to the NHS info.

Yes please KW. I joined a few months ago but fell off the wagon as I didn't have scales. I now have a shiny new set of scales :)

When does the current challenge run until?

Not a great day yesterday, had lots of burgers/HM wedges. Overall I think with all exercise I probably came about even/slightly over, but I don't mind the odd day like that if every week I come in lower on the scales.

I have been trying to lose weight for years and normally I do really well for a month or so (max) then get back to old ways. This year, I have been consistently losing weight since January (I was 207lbs) and it has been a lot slower due to lots of days off etc/nights out and all, but I a, now down to 185lbs. I have learnt not to feel guilty about days off, putting on weight over a few days because overall it is working, and I am hoping when I do get to my target weight I will feel much better for it and be able to adjust to an normal diet :)
