I lost 1.8lbs last week (according to my scales, I am very skeptical).
Bearing in mind I had 2 days worth of food thanks to a free takeaway on Sunday night I am impressed with that.
This isn't evidence for anybody to actually go and do it, but even though I stick to 1800kcal a day and add all my exercise (usually 500-1000, due to 4 miles walking to uni and back and a run sometimes), I still seem to lose around 2lbs a week despite cheat days. I think, and I could be wrong, that part of the reason for this is because I only eat natural foods. Here is a typical day for me:- (the figures I put in brackets are the figures MFP knows, and the grams are what I think it is ish)
B: 30g porridge with 150ml whole milk and 10g honey (250kcal)
S: 4 eggs (280kcal)
L: 350g Potatoes, 200g Sweetcorn, 65g Tuna (450kcal)
S: 2 small bananas (100kcal)
S: 20g Cashews/10g Walnuts (200kcal?)Bolognaese with lots of mushroom, onion etc... and 75g pasta (600-650kcal) OR Creme fraiche, bacon, peas, onion, mushroom and 75g pasta (600-650kcal)
S: Yoghurt with banana, grapes and honey (200kcal)
S: McVities Hobnobs (I will learn how to make my own soon but htye were 5 for 65p) (150kcal)
All in all there are around 2400kcal there, so perhaps a bit too much for some people, but then there is a lot of food. The bolognaese is made with lots and lots of veg so it is a very big portion. It would be easy for some to eat less than I do but still keep the gist of what it is. I know you would read this on any well-to-do weight loss forum/website but I feel much better for eating as many natural foods/fruit/veg as I can!
Anyway, best of luck everyone and thanks for all the support on here!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Hi!
A small loss for me too! 0.5 Kg which is 1.1 lb.
..but now I am confused..!! I think now I am currently down with +1.54 so the loss of 1.1 would still leave me over, but I am actually below my starting point for this challenge..
Let me start all over, I must have considered the wrong weight at some point!
Starting point for this challenge: 62.50 or 9.84 st
Gained weight and STS for the past 3 weeks: 62.80 or 9.88 st
Loss: 62.3 or 9.81 st
Why am I so air headed!?!?!?!? The sad truth is: I can never do things straight forward in real life either!
KW: Let's change +1.54 with -0.03, please!! Thanks0 -
A 1lb loss for me this week please KW. Slow but steady
B - 2 slices wm with rf spread, marmalade
L - egg and mushrooms on a slice toasted plain wm
D - veg pasta with broccoli, carrot, cauli, onion and pesto
S - slice melon, celery, carrot batons
E - 7x6 mins with Mr W. General housework
Have a sunny day whatever the weather0 -
Yippee! 2lb loss (last week's gain plus an extra pound).:j
Not been very active but had children all the time on my own, so not much resting either. I am very achy, especially my lower back so must have been doing something. Have eaten chocolate but in moderation this week. Also have eaten 3 good meals a day.
