Back on track now after Sunday's takeaway.
One of my favourite snacks is natural yoghurt (100ml) with honey (10ml) with a handful of grapes and a whole banana, which I always clock in at 200kcal (I use small bananas and not too many grapes, but if it clocks in slightly higher I don't care as it is a healthy meal!!). Would recommend to anyone and it is really cheap. 500ml value yoghurt is normally around 45p, and then honey from poundland/aldi, and fruit from aldithe grapes are the most expensive bit but worth it!

pab I like the sound of the yogurt idea, except honey which is too sweet for me but I could leave it out and just add the fruit.

Have a sunny rest of the day0 -
I ended up buying quite a few sugary things today, one way or another. Had half a cake bar (was really disgusting, so threw the other half away), and quite a few marshmallows, as well as a large handful of Chilli crackers.
Those aside, I've had a relatively healthy week. I think I really need to focus on drinking enough water though - I think that has been heavily influencing my snacking choices this week, as I've reached that stage of dehydration where I feel hungry despite having eaten.0 -
I think I need to drink more water too minicooper...although I can't on the days I'm working...no loos!
All I can say about today is it's a good job I've no chocolate in the house, as I'd be into it tonight if I had!
For the first time on this challenge, I actually lost 2lbs over the weekend!!!...but it's creeping back on, although I'm sticking to about 1400 calories (finding 1200 just too hard this week).
I suspect it's because (sorry if TMI) the food is going in, but very little's coming out  It's many months since I had a problem in that department, back to the lemon juice and warm water this morning.
Had really bad gut pain yesterday, and felt bloated, may be retaining water as wellI like my insides to work perfectly!
Going out tomorrow night..wish me luck finding something to wear in my wardrobe...since I've lost a bit I seem to have no idea what looks good!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Went out for lunch today and was super good!
B: branflakes raisins almonds
L: jacket potato and beans, saladbeans on toast, apple
Snacks: dry krisproll
Exercise: 90 mins
I really hope I get some movement (downwards!) on the scale this week as I'm really trying now
Good luck all with your efforts!0 -

Yeah, I can sympathise - some days I have site visits and have to avoid drinking anything because I know there won't be any loos! It's ironic, because I have to spend a fair amount of my time advising people of their responsibility to make sure staff have suitable welfare facilities!0
