Feeling pleased with myself as I didn't succumb to that mini egg until this afternoon. There were more in @ldi but I didn't buy them, or the hot cross buns. My halo is tight!

B - 2 slices danish with rf spread and marmalade
D - Chicken Caesar wrap without the Caesar dressing, side salad, shared a dish of chips with a friend. Ordered a 'Sicilian' lemon meringue pie for pud, it was so sharp it was worse than eating raw lemons, the meringue was a sticky mess and the cardboard, sorry pastry, was rock hard :(. My friends had a taste and agreed it was terrible, so 95% of it left on the plate
    T - Bacon sandwich
S - last mini egg, handful grapes, 2 iced party biscuits
E - gardening this afternoon, 4x6 mins with Mr W

    Sweet dreams :)

Hehe no, just my local leisure centre pool, honestly it was choppy today -- really busy from people going really quick -- not me though!

Oh I see, I'm full of admiration for you going swimming...I don't like water on my face, I even try to shower without getting my face wet :rotfl:

That's very kind of you to say, Thank you, I don't get my face wet if I can help it these days, would love to learn a better technique, am aiming to go 3 times a week, starting this week, not sure how realistic that is, is there an exercise you feel more at home with?

Well done on losing two stone, that's brilliant.

When somebody offers you £10 of free takeaway credit to be used that day in full, it is hard not to take it! So maybe slightly over yesterday ;)

But overall things are going well. I am losing weight slowly (which is the aim) and this blip should be erased in the next couple of days if I can keep on track, so all is good. I hope to be below 184lbs by June 1st. It would be nice to be noticeably slimmer by the time my girlfriend next comes to visit (June 9th) so this would be around 10lbs if I can get down to 184lbs.

To clarify, she couldn't care less but I want to look good for her, so it is one of a few motivations.
