Morning All,
Well, after my positive post last night I stayed up too late as OH was out, crumbled and ate half a large packet of raw cashews and some peanut butter!
I'm going to post my actual weight so I have a starting point to log from and is it OK if I post my results in kg as I'm trying to train myself to be more "metricated"- is that a word?!
OK, so deep breath, I'm 12st 6lbs or 78.9kg
My aim has always been 10st or 63kg so a long way to go and I've been trying to lose it for 20years! Hopefully the support from here will help.
Good Luck to everyone else, sending positive vibes for successful weigh-ins.
PJ x
I am happy to have your losses in kg, I have a very forgiving spreadsheet :rotfl:Must use my stash up!0 -

Is this a loss or anything on your starting weight or are you taking this as your starting point?Must use my stash up!0 -

Sorry I am late in posting. I was hoping a few extra hours would show a loss but unfortunately not. Its a STS for me this week. In actual fact that is more than I deserve as my eating has been awful . I had so much blinking cake over Easter, hardly any chocolate but cake galore. I have even started baking and think I need to nip that in the bud somewhat sharpish. Hoping now all the treats in the house have nearly been eliminated I will have a better week. Going away tomorrow for a few days but aim to be good and do a lot of walking. Walked miles the other day going round the Bluebell Woods. I spent hours there, I go every year as adore Bluebells and it makes me feel so serene and at peace.0

I have one egg left - a mini one from a pack which has lasted me all week and I've managed to ignore it all day, but don't think I can hold out much longer!
B - 2 slices Danish with marmalade
L - cheese & pickle wm roll
D - meat-free roast with potato, parsnip, onion, steamed carrot, cauli, gravy.
S - apple, celery
E - cleaned mirrors inc 2 double wardrobe fronts and huge lounge mirror. Dug over/cleared 2 metres of strawberry bed, did 1x12 mins with Mr W (a record!) walked 0.5 mile & burned 66 calories. More to come when I get my breath back

Well after my nightmare week of overeating, I am really pleased to declare an STS for this week!
Went out to dinner with friends last night, had a big meal followed by a chocolate honeycombe sundae! On the plus side I only had one glass of wine, and I hadn't eaten too much throughout the day, but I still went way over. Then when I got home OH told me he'd bought 2 'Harry hopalong' choc bunnies from work as they were on offer, so we now have them to eat as well as the chocs MIL bought us, and I also have two and a half eggs, and OH has one and a half eggs. I must try to be good and only eat a little bit of choc at a time, but it's difficult to stop once I start, lol!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs
