, there are 10 more weigh ins for this one (the first one of which is tomorrow!), so if you want to join that let me know how much you would hope to lose by the end of that time (and I am happy to only have your weigh ins twice over that time)
Thank you, I would like to say a stone over 10 weeks please. I will weigh myself in 6 weeks and then in the final week of the challenge if that is ok.
thanks a million.0 -

I started doing the same and feel much better for it! So quick to do as well, I just stick my bowl on the scales, reset it to 0 and put in the right amount for my porridge. I do the same for my lunch and dinner now (I make pretty much every meal from scratch) and I feel much more in control. No more guesswork.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Hi All,
Another good day for me, no unplanned food and ate the same as yesterday, although I've realized I'm eating fewer calories than I thought because the turkey korma is going to divide into eight portions not six as I previously thought so that's all good.
Bestest to all

dandy thanks for sharing the vid - I might send it to my Mum to be really cheeky. She finds it exerting to walk more than a few hundred metres these days, and I'm starting to feel a bit concerned for her long term health. I was trying to persuade her she could take up walking on the spot - she'll hate the woman talking, but it might give her some ideas.
Quite healthy day today: 4 wholewheat crackers for breakfast, a huge tuna salad for lunch, Mushroom Stroganoff for dinner (celery, mushrooms and onions, cooked in around a tablespoon of yoghurt and cream cheese). That was until I opened a new easter egg for a little bit of desert, and ended up eating over half the egg! It was just so moreish

Just off to work now. Weighed in at 189.5lbs this morning, which makes me think I was a bit hasty with my weigh-in. So, Friday morning will be my new weigh-in. Normally I don't like to declare my weight until I am almost certain it won't go over that, but I shall start doing it like everybody else now! So I shall post tomorroz morningHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

B: branflakes, raisins and almonds
L: leftover tomato pastacheese sandwich and salad
Snacks: 4 cookies and small slice of brownie
E: 75 mins
I went to treat myself to a size smaller jeans today only to find they didn't have them in the right leg length! So until then I will still be walking about in saggy jeans like a far too old rapper...0 -

My OH did that on Tuesday while I was working late, but he went one better and ate the whole egg, lol! He has felt bad about it ever since, as our plan was to just eat a small piece of chocolate each day until it was all gone.
I have to admit that I have had a really bad week, going over on my calories almost every day, and I've not even started on my Easter eggs yet! Went to MIL's on Sunday, had roast dinner and then had 3 profiteroles and some trifle all covered in cream for pud! She also gave us most of a cheesecake, and the rest of the cream to take home with us, so we shared that with our DS and his GF when we visited them in the evening. So far I have eaten the roses chocs from the egg that DS got me, and one of the choc bars from the malteser egg that OH got me. MIL bought us a box of chocs which we've not opened yet, and I said to OH I will have to hide them before I go out for dinner with friends tomorrow, so he isn't tempted to make a start on them while he is home alone, lol!
We had a chippy tea on Tuesday as I was working late, and I'd also had a choc mini roll (which kept shouting at me from the 'naughty cupboard') while I was at work, then the next day I had a piece of birthday cake which one of my workmates had brought in. Did really well today as I was busy catching up on housework this morning, then had to take my dad to his exercise session so didn't have time for lunch, plus I joined in with the exercises, only chair based but every little helps, lol!
While trying to decide what I'm wearing when I go out tomorrow, I found that most of my 'best' trousers, which I've been trying to slim down into are now too big, so they are now ready for going to CS, although I might try them on ebay first as they've hardly been worn and one pair is brand new, with tags still on. My slim fitting size 12's are almost wearable, but I daren't wear them tomorrow as I can just about do them up, and will probably split them after I've eaten, lol!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs
