    Helloo!!!

Zippy, I too have missed the pic!!!!

I weighed myself on Friday and I was STS, I weighed myself yesterday morning and somehow I still was STS!!
I would like to list what I have eaten but I am afraid I'll crash the website.
Just so you know, on Thursday I received a salami from italy (from my mum) and I had it all in only 3 sessions (gone by Saturday afternoon)... and my boyfriend had veeeery little.
Oh yes, and we finished a warburtons white bread loaf in less than 36hours between the 2 of us.

Friday or saturday night (cant remember) MFP said I was over by 1300-1400!!!!

I had no chocolate whatsoever, though!!

Yesterday was going well but then it all went wrong. Will complete MFP and will let you know how much over I went.

Keep calm and make up for the weekend.

    Later!

Edited: MFP says -493 for yesterday!

pablakeman good luck for the half marathon training! I can barely get past week one of couch to 5k, so all the best!

I'm visiting my parents this weekend. They tend to 'treat' me whenever I visit, which is never good; Bacon Rolls, pies etc. Mum took us for a Full English yesterday, and we met up with family for lunch (we didn't eat any lunch because of the big breakfast), and a strawberry tart (did have one of those).

My aunties gave me three easter eggs, which was nice but I had just consoled myself I wouldn't get any! I've grown out of chocolate a little bit, so can't eat a whole egg in one sitting any more, expect three eggs to last around 2 weeks.

Good Morning Everyone! You see, I forgot all about MSE weight loss forum again, I've now caught up with all your news again. Knit Witch, I'd like to join the challenge please and I'll do my best to remember to log in and update. I'll start off by writing what I'm intending to eat today and hopefully it'll begin the habit.
    B. Tesco value muesli with skimmed milk
    L. 30g peanut butter, 30g cheddar, 100g celery, 100g carrots, 30g grapes, a large Apple.
    D. Slow cooker Turkey Korma (a Weezl recipe which will stretch most of the week!) with brown basmati rice and veg, most likely cabbage.
    P. Fruit salad with plain yogurt and a little sweetener.
Exercise will be an evening in the woods with one of the dogs doing Search and Rescue training.
Hope that's all ok and I haven't gone into too much detail.
I'll try to update again tomorrow evening.
    Best to all
    PJ.

Not a problem :D, we have 10 more weigh ins for this challenge, how much would you like putting down for?
    Must use my stash up!

You have my admiration pablakeman :T

Well here we are tomorrow and I do ache! But it hasn't put me off, didn't think I could reach that far so I'm trying for the same today. If pablakeman can do 10k I can at least try to do my bit ;)

    B - 2 slices toasted danish with 1/2 banana
D - hm 'pizza', mostly veg from bottom of the fridge with a sliced sausage on top.
T - small bowl of salad, hb egg, celery, cucumber, grated carrot
S - hot cross bun with afternoon cuppa, celery sticks, apple
    E - 2x6 mins with Mr W done, aiming for 4 more

Have a good rest of the day :)

Thanks to minicooper272 and sparrer though I don't deserve the admiration!

Better day today as I was supposed to be doing a 6 hour temp shift this morning, meaning no libary work (and I was stressed because the library was closed for four days and I get no work done at home!) but finished the work in 3 hours and still getting paid for 6 so seized the opportunity and am in the library now.

B: Porridge with honey, hot cross bun with butter
    L: Potatoes, tuna, sweetcorn
    S: Banana, 4 eggs
D: (will be) HM pasta bolognese with lots of mushrooms and onion (489kcal for the meal as a whole)
S: (will be) 30g mixed nuts - cashews and peanuts - mixed myself so I know exact calories and maybe yoghurt with banana, grapes and honey (less than 200kcal and very cheap! would recommend! I make it myself with 100g yoghurt, 10g honey, 1 banana and a handful of grapes! Really easy and cheap!)

    Hi Knit witch,
Please can you put me down for 5lbs over the 10 weigh ins, I'm hoping if I take the pressure off by only pledging half a pound a week I might actually achieve something useful this time.
Although, if today is anything to go by I won't be losing anything at all.
Due to some of my "lovely" clients leaving Easter chocolate out for me I didn't eat any of my healthy lunch and just binged on chocolate, I don't even like the stuff that much-so annoyed with myself!
Just wondering does anyone using this forum have low blood sugar and/or fibromyalgia? I've just been diagnosed with them and I'm doing as much research as I can about them.
On the plus side the search and rescue training went well and it's looking hopeful for our first assessment next week.
    All the best
    PJ.
  • Hopefully Im back on the wagon but afraid to jump back on the scales as yet! See how brave Im feeling come Friday.... Hope to give myself a kick in the right direction by watching something on the telly which involves fat blocking sewers & imagining that being my

    Thank you Knit Witch.
Wish me luck everyone, today I'm going for it! I will stick to my plan as stated for yesterday and get back into good habits. Just read a study that says if you receive a motivating text each morning before 10am from a weight loss buddy then you are more likely to lose weight and maintain the loss. Food for thought!
    Good luck to everyone else.
    Best
