Wow Zippy. That is so incredible. Well done. :T I bet you feel so healthy now. You look completely different. Have you got any tips you would recommend and did you follow a particular weight loss plan?
Thanks everyone, I'll delete pics in the morning, feels very scary posting pics x
I've been using MFP muddles, I have 1400 calories at the moment, mfp gives me 1200 as I'm a shortie, but I'm too hungry on that so I've upped it. I'm vegetarian and try to make sure I hit my protein and fibre goals as I find I'm not hungry then, I weigh and log everything. I avoid foods that aren't going to fill me up like crisps etc, I'd rather have a hot cross bun or cake, which I eat most days. No special diets I eat what I fancy, just less.
Exercise I walk everyday as I can easily fit that in as I don't drive and I jog on the spot in front of the tv every night for 20 mins and I try and keep busy pottering around the house really that's been it0 -
Zippy you're a shining example of what we all should be doing. I'm certainly guilty of eating poorly at times and not making sensible choices.
The photo's are stunning, I'm not surprised you weren't recognised.
Again many congratulations on such a wonderful achievement :T0 -
You must feel very proud of yourself Zippy. You have also lost weight the right and sensible way. Very inspiring indeed :T0

We went on a mission to purchase easter eggs yesterday, but the supermarket had next to nothing left. It was a choice between very expensive, 'one direction' or buying ourselves 4 mugs!
No Easter eggs for us this year then! Probably a good thing for the waistline, although one to last 4 days wouldn't have gone a miss...0 -

Up until 4 years ago, we used to go buy all our easter eggs on Easter Monday, because they were all half price! Four years ago, they were almost completely sold out, so we started trying to buy on Sat, but for the last 3 years, they've been nearly sold out by Good Friday!
I'll just have to make do with these eggs:

Well done tessie, not easy to avoid chocolate this weekend
I was way over yesterday and that was without opening my egg, our favourite dessert is James Martin's croissant bread and butter pudding, but logging the recipe on mfp with cream it's a 1000 calories a portion  lesson learnt though I will adapt it to a lower calorie version in future. I did a 90 minute walk this morning so I can enjoy my egg today
Hope everyone has a lovely day, beautiful here x0
