Just entered my food diary for today on MFP and it says 350 calories over target. Cooked Roast Pork Shoulder today. With skin on potato chips done in air flyer with only spray oil. Steamed veg, gravy and apple sauce. My chest freezer had to be emptied last week (old and not shutting properly) so I have to use up meat I have moved into my mum's freezer. Joint is huge, we'll be eating it all week. Went out to shops while it was cooking and came back to divine smell. DS (who has never had roast Pork before and is really fussy) absolutely loved it, and the apple sauce lol. DH got home b4 4pm and ate a fair bit there and then. (as well as dinner).
Anyway will be delighted with a sts this week.

    1lb gain today :(

Not planning to go totally overboard (no choc eggs!) but am going to relax this weekend, and start again next Tuesday.

Oh dear a 1lb gain :oI seem to have lost my motivation somewhat. The next few days are not going to help either as lots of nice things involving food planned. I have a tea party today with lots of hot cross buns and homemade cakes :p. I think I will start again in earnest next week and try to get back on track. Happy Easter to you all. :)
