Morning!!
Well, yesterday I haven't behaved as well as I wanted to..
B: Porridge, coffee
L: less than a quarter of a morrisons pizza (leftover) and 3 "balls" of ready-to-eat vacuumed packed beetroot. 2 apples
S: 2 slices of cold meat + very small pieces of butter and bread2 chicken fajita wraps with salad and cherry toms
E: 3x9 mins of high impact exercise + 30 mins pilates
MFP says -33
I weighed myself this morning. Instead of being +1.54 I am +0.66. Anyway, let's just wait Friday and see...
Have a good day everyone!0 -
Thought I was being good by having avocado salad for lunch (with hm lf beanburger) Now MFP tells me avocado is over 300 cals. Don't particularly like avocado and they're quite expensive (lots of salt, paprika and black pepper needed or they are vile) Not buying them again. Feel like I've been cheated lol.
That doesn't sound right, there's around 160 calories per 100g of avocado. I'm eating an avocado salad just now and the amount of avocado I used (1 whole, average size) weighed just under 100g. So 300 calories would be a giant avocado, or 2 of them.0 -

Just read this quote on fb:
" I'm up! But if you want bright eyed and bushy tailed go find a squirrel!"
fluffysox, I prefer this one...
"My daily routine: get up, be amazing, go back to bed"
Thanks minicooper and fluffysox for your good clothes-clearing ideas...I like the idea of getting rid of half, I'll keep my very favourites, and the jeans because they're most likely to wear out.
I won't need to buy any clothes for ages
I looked in the wardrobe for something to wear this morning, and suddenly realised that I'm really bored with what I've got...most of the tops have been there for years and they don't wear out!
So if I've not been wearing things I've had for years there's not much point keeping them, is there?
Got a last minute lunch invitation today, so another bad day!
Did an hours walk first though. Chose steak pie, and the only thing I can say in my defence is I asked for the small portion...and there may have been ice cream as well
If I'd stopped there my calories would have been okay, but I got home at tea time and had some biscuits and cheese, which was a bit silly.
I don't hold out any hope for Fridays weigh in.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

I always tell myself this, but it never works!
Had to travel over 100 miles for a meeting today, so thought I'd set up 3 meetings around the same area to make the most of the journey. Because they were outside, I had to keep nipping to supermarkets to use their toilets, and then feeling like I needed to buy something because I was using their facilities. It's so hard to buy healthy snacks, but managed to limit myself to a bottle of water, and then a smoothie (no wonder I kept needing the loo!) I was really proud of myself for avoiding the chocolate bars and ice cream though (perfect day for ice cream)0 -
Another bad day eating wise. Not even going to try and log it on MFP. Would never get it accurate. DS1 fell asleep at 5pm yesterday and then decided to wake me up repeatedly with incessant wailing in the night. Been shattered all day, so willpower has left the building. Weigh in not likely to be good this wee.k. Telling myself it could be worse. Also got two mouth ulcers- again
Enjoyed Secret Eaters tonight. DH watched it with me (a rarity) and we were both agreeing that we would eat what they were eating (tho prob less tbh).
On a more positive note, had a nice day with my little ones, mowed the lawn, had a walk. Managed to get Virgin to reduce my monthly bills by 75% and give us faster broadband and a new tivo box. DS has promised not to "cry in mine bed" tonight for fear of not getting a Jessie (Toy story) for his 3rd birthday next month.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Good morning!
So yesterday:
B: Coffee, cereals in SS milk
S: 1 piece of Tesco Chocolate Party Tray Bake
L: 2 beetroots + small portion of veggie cottage pie (lentils)Mac 'n Cheese (small portion) + mixed salad (lettuse, celery, carrot, spring onion, toms)
E: none
MFP says +88
Went to look for our Lindt choc bunny after dinner but all I found was its little brown collar! Thankfully my boyfriend had it over 3 evenings before I could get there!
I love Secret Eaters too but sometimes I think:"how could you not know!?!?"..but then I stop and think about days like yesterday: ok, I had a small piece of cake but I did pretty well for the rest of the day and yet I "only" had 88 calories to spare.
It takes a lot of effort!! I don't have many days with MFP showing a figure in green!
Also, I sympathised with the younger woman's problem with olive oil, I would put oil in my morning coffee if I could!!

Hi all
Got up and did my DVD today :j Decided to start 30 day shred again- forgot how hard it is!! Ive never finished 30DS so this is my aim this time round
I have decided im not going to weigh myself this week, in fact i have decided that im only going to weigh myself every two weeks on the same day that I take my measurements. I have decided to do this as i feel like im doing well, step on the scales lose nothing or 1 lb then get disheartend and eat loads of chocs
So im thinking even if i dont show a weight loss every two weeks at least (hopefully) ill show some inch loss
Today:
B: 2 small slices soda bread toasted, 2 boiled eggs, butter
S: small banana, 1 choc (celebration size)
L: 1 pitta bread, carrot sticks, hummous, mini baby bell, red grapes
S: orange
T: HM chilli beef & chickpea with jacket potato
E: 30Day Shred
May have a small snack later
Am extra worried about this weekend ........................

Hello, I'd like to join this forum as I feel in need of some support and I'm willing to give plenty of it back. I have joined here before but never manage to consistently log in or consistently lose weight for that matter. I have about two and a half stone to lose. I used to belong to Weight Loss Resources but when I went to join it again recently I found they had doubled their new member fees within the last 18 months or so! I use Food Focus, a free food/exercise logging site which is brilliant but doesn't supply any additional support such as forums which I miss so thought I'd try here.
Hoping to hear from lots of you!
