northwest thank you for the recipe. It's a bit like my tea loaf recipe (which is delish buttered
) but it doesn't have oats or juice so will definitely try yours. Also a good idea to slice and freeze.
Far too much food today, and all wrong...

finding it very hard to keep being strict with myself, I'm having 10 days or so on my own as DS1 is away, so no-one else to feed
I struggle with this too. When im alone during the day I can manage with just a dippy egg for lunch, but with the kids off from school I have to cook a big lunch and end up eating it too. Also they have filled the cupboards with biscuits and I'm eating those.....
B: left early for a car boot sale, so just grabbed some shortbread biscuits.
L: half a stuffed pepperfish goujons, mash and a taste of DS2s macaroni cheese.
Snacks: 3 choc chip cookies.

L: Beans, tin of sardines (this isn't usual, I promise, but I had already decided about D)Half-pounder burger with cheese and mayo, chips, onion rings
S: Cereal bar, one egg

Hi all
I totally went off the rails last night and had large turkey roast dinner, large slice of cheesecake with cream, 2 terry all gold chocs, 3 small glasses on wine, 1 can of san miguel:o and I never drink on a Sunday
Due to the above i couldnt get out of bed today to exercise!!
Ive had a word with myself, picked myself up, dusted myself down and stuck myself very firmly back on the diet wagon!
I am now aiming for 1500 cals a day as im obviously eating abit too much to get a loss on the scales at the moment!
Today:
B: 30g bran flakes, 2 spoons greek yogurt, couple strawberries chopped, 1/2 tin maderins (needed eating!)
S: 1 small slice soda bread with butter
L: HM ham & hummous salad, 2 ryvetas, carrot sticks
S: 1 small satsuma, red grapes, polo mint
T: grilled chicken breast, 1/2 tin butter beans, HM pasta sauce
S: Apple (of and daily allowance of milk)
E: NONE
MFP says this little lot is 1536cals so need to ensure i dont eat anything else!O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

Hmm, I went to the gym this evening. We have a fancy card that tracks what you do, I think off the top of my head it should have been around 250 calories worth. I added on my freestyle bits at the end though, and it told me I'd burned 550 calories. Now my brain is thinking that I have burned 550 calories, so deserve a bit of a treat! Resisting...0
